-Always keep children away from this machine, PROHIBIT children from operating the machine.
-Never touch the RUNNING Parts or insert hardware into the machine.
-Always unplug the unit when assembling or disassembling the unit.
-Never insert hands inside the inlet, use a food pusher when the cane is rolled into the feed inlet if necessary.
-Press the On/Off switch once to turn on or turn off the machine. Pressing the buttons for multiple times may damage the machine.
-Don’t insert anything except the sugarcane. Failure to follow this rule will damage the machine.
-Moisture of the machine during transportation may cause rusting of some internal parts, which will not affect the use.
-The part in contact with the sugar cane is made of 304 stainless steel, but please clean it in time after use so as to prevent rusting and breeding of bacteria.
-The chain may be misaligned due to the fact that the machine is transported upside down. If there is a loud abnormal noise when starting up, please open the machine to check.
-Please open the slag outlet before juicing!
-If the machine is blocked due to bagasse, please turn off the power immediately, otherwise the motor may be burnt out. Please clean the bagasse before turning it on again.
-The receiving box is made of stainless steel, and there will be a little rust on the solder joints due to moisture. Clean it before use.
-Each batch may have small improvements as the product needs to evolve.
-If the machine is transported upside down, the belt (chain) may come off.
-If the 5 rollers of the machine do not work after receiving the goods, please disassemble the machine to check whether the belt (chain) falls off.

Feeding Inlet

The 60mm feeding inlet of the tabletop 5-roller sugarcane juicer is relatively wide, accommodating thicker sugarcane segments and improving juicing efficiency. It is especially suitable for commercial settings such as fruit shops and cold drink stalls that require fast processing of bulk sugarcane.

Recessed Folding Handle

Adopting a concealed folding design, the handle can be fully recessed into the equipment panel when not in use, preventing protruding parts from causing bumps or snagging on clothing or operators during movement or transportation, while also giving the machine a cleaner, smoother appearance that is easy to clean.

Forward/Reverse Function

The forward and reverse rotation function of the  5-roller sugarcane juicer enables bidirectional rotation: forward rotation for juicing, and reverse rotation for ejecting stuck material. When jamming occurs, there is no need to disassemble the machine - simply press the reverse button to quickly clear the blockage, preventing motor overload and burnout, reducing downtime, and making it especially suitable for high-intensity commercial juicing applications.

Strainer

The strainer has fine, uniform openings and is corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and deformation-resistant. It effectively separates sugarcane juice from fine bagasse, ensuring the juice is pure, smooth, and low in sediment while improving taste. Its detachable design allows easy cleaning, prevents residue buildup, and ensures long-term stable operation of the equipment.

Efficient, Durable Pressing

The core of the 5-roller sugarcane juicer is its five stainless steel pressing rollers with teeth. They repeatedly squeeze the sugarcane for a high juice yield. The 304 stainless steel is wear-resistant and hygienic, and the teeth prevent slipping for more stable pressing. The multi-roller structure reduces the load on each roller, making the machine more durable and the extraction more thorough.

Ventilation Openings

The machine features numerous ventilation openings that promptly dissipate heat generated by the motor during continuous juicing, preventing the motor from overheating which could cause shutdown or burnout, and ensuring long-term stable operation of the equipment.

Step 1. Wash the cane first.

Step 2. Clean the 5 rollers and the juice box. (Prevent odor and impurities in sugarcane juice)

Step 3. Cut the cane into short pieces.

Step 4. Plug the machine.

Step 5. Turn on the unit before inserting the cane into the entrance.

Step 6. After use, clean the unit and unplug the machine.
