| This
laboratory vacuum furnace
features simple operation, stable performance, compact size, and
easy portability. It adopts an alumina polycrystalline insulated
furnace chamber and molybdenum-doped alloy heating elements,
supporting vacuum or inert gas environments (H₂/N₂/Ar, etc.),
with a temperature control accuracy of ±1℃ and excellent furnace
temperature uniformity. The openable furnace chamber design
facilitates sample loading/unloading, and it is equipped with a
safety protection system (over-temperature alarm, gas leakage
monitoring, etc.). It is widely used in universities, research
institutes, and industrial enterprises for high-temperature
atmosphere sintering, gas reduction, CVD experiments, vacuum
annealing, and more. |

Split-hinged

molybdenum-doped alloy heating elements maintain uniform
