Safety
Warnings
●Grounding Requirement: The PE (Protective Earth) wire of
this equipment MUST be securely connected to the factory's
protective earth line! This is the primary condition for
preventing electric shock and ensuring operator safety.
●Electrical Safety: Ensure the equipment is connected to
a power supply that meets specifications. Keep hands dry during
operation to avoid the risk of electric shock.
●High-Temperature Warning: The heater and its surrounding
area become extremely hot during and shortly after operation. DO
NOT touch the heating tube or the nearby area with bare hands to
prevent severe burns.
●Fire Prevention: Do not place flammable or explosive
materials near the equipment. Ensure the working environment is
well-ventilated.
Operational Notes
●Power-On Preparation: Before switching on the main power (ACB),
always press the "R" (Reset) button on the control panel first
to ensure the system is in a safe default state.
●Regular Self-Test: To ensure the safety protection functions
are effective, press the "T" (Test) button on the control panel
at least once a month to perform a self-check of the leakage
protection feature.
●Proper Activation: Correctly place the wire harness within the
detection area of the sensor located in front of the heating
tube to ensure the device starts heating normally. Avoid
arbitrarily blocking the sensor with hands or other objects.
●Working Range: This equipment is designed for wire harnesses
with a heating length of 0-120mm and a diameter of 0-40mm. Do
not use it beyond this range, as it may affect heating
performance or damage the unit.
●No Idle Heating: Avoid activating the heater for extended
periods without a wire harness in place to prevent unnecessary
energy consumption and equipment wear.
Maintenance & Care
●Cleaning & Storage: Clean the equipment surface regularly and
keep it dry. When not in use, store it in a dry, dust-free, and
non-corrosive environment.
●Professional Repair: In case of malfunction, immediately
disconnect the power and contact qualified service personnel. Do
not disassemble or attempt to repair the unit yourself,
especially the internal components of the control box and
heater. |

functionality, enabling preventative maintenance. This combined

1. Preparation: Place the equipment on
a stable, well-ventilated workbench and connect it to the power
supply. Ensure the Air Circuit Breaker on the control box is in
the OFF position.
2. System Reset: Before turning on the Air Circuit Breaker,
press the "R" (Reset) button on the control panel.
3. Power On: Switch the Air Circuit Breaker to the ON position.
The indicator lights on the control panel should illuminate,
signifying the unit is powered.
4. Parameter Setting: Use the button panel on the right to set
the desired Baking Temperature and Heating Time.
5. Preheating: For initial use, allow the heater to cycle once
without a harness to reach operating temperature. This typically
takes only a few seconds.
6. Start Working: Place the wire harness terminal with the heat
shrink tubing into the space between the dual-sided heating
tubes, ensuring it is positioned in front of the sensor.
7. Automatic Operation: Once the sensor detects the harness, the
device will automatically start heating immediately, and the
heating indicator light will turn on.
8. Automatic Stop: When the preset heating time elapses, the
device will stop heating automatically. The heating indicator
light will turn off.
9. Remove the Workpiece: Carefully remove the finished harness
(Caution: Hot!), and insert the next harness to be processed.
The device will automatically start the next cycle.
10. Daily Shutdown: After work is complete, press the "R"
(Reset) button, then turn the Air Circuit Breaker to the OFF
position, and finally unplug the power cord. |
