Note: In addition to the
power supply, this product also needs to be connected to the air
pump or air compressor. |
1. Before starting operation, visually
inspect the soldering tip for pitting (holes) or oxidation,
ensure its up/down movement is smooth, replace the solder wire
with a new roll if it is low, and thoroughly clean the solder
tube using alcohol if it becomes clogged.
2. Please use copper brush and alcohol to clean the solder wire
powder and flux in time.
3. Ensure adequate air pressure (0.4-0.6MPa).
4. Check whether the cables are loose or disconnected,and
whether the air pipe is damaged.
5. Daily maintenance of soldering iron head, appropriately
increase the number of cleaning iron head.
6. Completely remove the pre-welded tin material, cool to room
temperature, remove the oxide with sandpaper, and then restart
the heating.
7. If the soldering iron head is corroded by oxide, a new
soldering iron must be replaced. |

1.Insert the power supply, insert the
air source.
2.Set parameters: Set feeding length (length > 1mm) Feeding
length. Set the return tin length (length >1mm).
3.Speed (speed 2000-2500).
4.Long press the reset button for three seconds to reset output.
5.If the parameter page is blank, press three seconds to enter
password 10086 to enter the program Switching, flat
welding/oblique welding
6.Program self-locking function manual screen blank director
press three seconds to enter the password10086, set your own
lock password.
7.Insert the soldering iron tip into the heating tube Align the
gap mark of the soldering iron head with the direction of the
tin tube, tighten the nut knob with needle nose pliers, maintain
the machine every day, and clean the machine table surface. |
