1. Never operate with wet hands; keep
cords away from cutting zone.
2. Cut power immediately upon abnormal noise/smell.
3. Do not contact rotating bearings/chuck.
4. Wear dust mask when processing (aluminum chips hazard).
5. Remove hand accessories (rings, watches, etc.); tie back long
hair.
6. Over-tightening causes shaft warpage.
7. Run new tools idle for 30s;Sanding sleeves max. 4000RPM. |

1.Safety Preparation:
(1)Wear safety goggles and ensure adequate workspace lighting.
(2)Remove hand accessories (rings, watches, etc.); tie back long
hair.
(2)Verify power voltage (110V) matches machine specifications.
2.Install Cue Stick:
(1)Loosen the chuck using the chuck key, avoiding excessive
opening.
(2)Feed the cue shaft through from the left until 2-3cm
protrudes beyond the chuck.
(3)Slide on the tip protector, then tighten the chuck with the
key to secure the cue.
(4)Slide both bearing blocks leftward to make full contact with
the shaft.
3.Select Tool & Position:
(1)Mount tool bit as needed (tip shaper/shaft planer/sanding
sleeve).
(2)Adjust rail slider: Release lock knob → Position tool holder
→ Re-tighten.
4.Begin Processing:
(1)Press brushless motor switch；Gently contact rotating cue with
tool, applying steady forward pressure.
(2)For tip shaping: Remove ≤0.5mm material per pass, use
multiple passes.
5.Precision Check:
(1)Power off, remove cue.
(2)Measure shaft diameter with micrometer or check straightness
using level.
6.Maintenance:
(1)After each use: Blow aluminum chips with air gun (never wipe
with wet cloth).
(2)Monthly: Lubricate rail with sewing machine oil, clean motor
vents. |
