| The cooked meat slicing machine
is a professional and efficiency kitchen device for cutting
cooked meat (barbecued pork, cooked beef tripe, cooked pork
intestines, beef and other cooked meat products) into strips or
slices. The discharge outlet is connected to a conveyor belt,
and the cut materials are arranged neatly so that they can be
directly placed into dishes without further sorting. The machine
adopts high-speed cutting with a rotating cutter and features
high slicing quality and uniform thickness and length of the cut
products. The machine offers high cutting efficiency, easy

| 1. The machine is equipped
with protective plates and guards. Do not operate the machine
until the protective plates, guards and cutter guard door
assembly are properly installed and securely closed, so as to
prevent accidental injury.
2. During operation, do not place
hands or hard objects near the food cutting opening at the end
of the conveyor belt or under the front cutter guard door, so as
to avoid personal injury or machine damage.
3. During machine maintenance,
do not turn on the power switch, so as to prevent hazards.
4. When removing or cleaning
the cutter, hold the rear end of the cutter disc and do not
touch the cutting edges directly with hands, to avoid personal
injury.
5. During operation, do not
place hands on the conveyor belt or pressing belt, to prevent
hands from being drawn into the machine and causing injury.
6. During operation, do not
open the front door. When the front door is open after shutdown,
do not start the machine, so as to prevent injury caused by the
high-speed rotating cutter.
7. After each use, disconnect
the power supply and then clean the machine thoroughly. Do not
use the sharp tools or directly flush the machine with water
pipe during cleaning. |

Control Panel
The numerical control display screen is adopted to achieve
precision control over the slicing operation and random
adjustment of cutting parameters, effectively improving the
control precision and working efficiency.

Protective Cover
The protective cover is of an
openable structure, can be closed to effectively protect the
food press belt and feeding belt from damage, and can also be
lifted effortlessly to facilitate inspection and maintenance of
internal parts.

Cutter
The 3-blade cutter is sharp and
durable, adjustable in cutting speed and length and good in
protection effect. The cutter is also covered with a cutter door
to improve the safety and avoid accidents.

Conveyor Belt
The detachable conveyor belt is
convenient to clean and maintain, keeps the food clean and
hygienic and reduces the bacteria breeding. The grid pattern
design facilitates smooth discharging operation.

Universal Wheels
The
universal wheels are adopted to allow the machine to freely move
and firmly stop in different working environments, effectively

1. Installation & Debugging
(1) Before use, place the machine
on a dry, ventilated and level ground, and lock the casters to
ensure stable and reliable operation.
(2) Inspect all parts before use:
check whether fasteners are loose during transportation, whether
the switch and power cord are damaged, and whether there are
foreign objects on the conveyor belts.
(3) Ensure that the supply
voltage matches the rated voltage of the machine.
(4) Let a professional
electrician conduct wiring operation with reliable grounding,
and ensure the power supply meets the machine requirements. Turn
on the power and run a no-load test to confirm normal operation.
(5) Ensure that no hard objects
are mixed in the food to be cut, so as to avoid damaging the
cutting blade.
2. Use & Operation
(1) After turning on the machine,
the system conducts self-inspection and enters a standby state.
(2) Click on the Homepage icon to
access the homepage interface, set the cutting speed, the
cutting length, the discharging speed and the number of cutting
blades.
(3) Click on the Manual icon, and
the inching operation of the cutter and conveyor belt can be
conducted.
(4) After setting, press the
start button, and the machine starts working.
