and cutting operation instead of manual stripping operation, thereby

Wire Inlet and
Outlet The universal wire
inlet and outlet are applicable to multiple single BV and BVR
wires, the wires can be fed and discharged smoothly in the
working process and can also be well protected from wear and
damage in the moving process.

| Blade
The sharp blade set is made of 3mm
thickened hard alloy steel materials and can quickly cut off the
wires according to the actual demands. The blade set adopts the
modularized design, making disassembly and replacement easier
and more convenient.

Straightener
The straightener has 7
straightening wheels, which can straighten the fed wires quickly
and precisely, ensuring the following stripping and cutting
operation is smoothly conducted, improving the working
efficiency, and avoiding the wire jamming trouble.

Pressure Regulators
Independent pressure regulators are designed for the wire head
and the wire tail, the pressure can be directly adjusted
manually as needed, and no tools are required. The knob design
meets the ergonomic standard and facilitates pressure
regulation.

structure and are firm and durable, the operator can lift and
move the machine easily and effortlessly, and the machine can be
kept stable and balanced in the carrying process, and can be

Operation
Method |

1. Unpack the machine and check whether all
accessories are available. |
|
2. Install the wire receiving plate and the
straightener on the machine. |
|
3. Connect the machine to the 110V power
supply. |
|
4. Turn on the power switch, and set various
parameters on the control panel as required. Press the start button, feed the wires to be
processed, and start to strip and cut the wires. |

5. After finishing stripping and cutting
operation, press the stop button and disconnect the power supply. |
