Control Panel
The control panel integrates a color
touch screen and multiple control buttons, achieving clear
display and setting of various parameters, improving the
stripping and bending precision and efficiency and enhancing the
user experience.

Wire Inlet The universal wire
inlet is resistant to wear and applicable to multiple wires with
the wire core area of 1-16mm², the wires can be fed smoothly in the
working process and can also be well protected from wear and
damage in the moving process.

Cutting and Bending System
The sharp blade set is made of alloy
high speed steel and can quickly cut off the wires according to
the actual demands. The bending device can bend the wires at any
angle clockwise and counterclockwise after angle adjustment and
setting.

Straightener
The straightener has 10
straightening wheels, which can straighten the fed wires quickly
and precisely, ensuring the following stripping and bending
operation is smoothly conducted, improving the working
efficiency, and avoiding the wire jamming trouble.

Pressure Regulator
The independent pressure regulator is designed for the wire head, the pressure can be directly adjusted
manually as needed, and no tools are required. The wheel design
meets the ergonomic standard and facilitates pressure
regulation.

Protective Cover
The protective cover is of a
turnover structure, effectively protecting the stripping and
bending system from impact and damage, improving the operation
safety and reliability and ensuring the stripping and bending
operation is smoothly conducted.

Operation
Method |
|
1. Unpack the machine and check whether all
accessories are available. |
|
2. Install the straightener on the machine,
and close the protective cover. |
|
3. Connect the machine to the 110V power
supply and air compressor. |
|
4. Turn on the power, and set various
parameters on the touch screen as required. Press the start button, feed the wires to be
processed, and start to strip and bend the wires. |
|
5. After finishing stripping and bending
operation, press the stop button and disconnect the power supply. |
