inlet is applicable to various wires, allows double wires to be fed smoothly
and simultaneously in the

The sharp blade set is made of thickened hard alloy steel materials and can quickly cut off the

Pressure Regulators
Independent pressure regulators are designed for the wire head
and the wire tail, the pressure can be directly adjusted
manually as needed, and no tools are required. The knob design

The twisting assembly is designed
for automatically twisting the stripped copper wires,
effectively improving the terminal crimping stability and
ensuring the wire twisting quality. The twisting parts are

Operation
Method |
|
1. Unpack the machine and check whether all
accessories are available.
2. Install the wire receiving plate, the
straightener and twisting assembly on the machine.
3. Connect the machine to the 110V power
supply.
4. Turn on the power switch, and set various
parameters on the control panel as required. Press the start button, feed the wires to be
processed, and start to strip, cut and twist the wires.
5. After finishing stripping, cutting
and twisting operation, press the stop button and disconnect the power supply. |
