| The condenser pipeline cleaning
machine is a special device for cleaning away the dirt inside
pipe bundles of condensers of central air conditioners. Silt,
scale, rust residues and other impurities on the pipe walls are
cleaned away through the brush rotating at high speed and the
rinsing water, therefore the heat exchange efficiency is
guaranteed, and the heat exchange efficiency reduction and
system pressure rise caused by dirt accumulation are avoided. |

| 1. Before starting the
machine, ensure the flexible shaft is fully unwound. Otherwise,
the shaft core may be broken. Customers shall bear the cost of
replacement parts for any damage caused thereby.
2. Wear safety goggles and
protective gloves before operation. Do not touch the
transmission device to avoid hazards while the equipment is in
operation.
3. Place the equipment on a
clean, dry and stable ground. Keep the equipment clean at all
times.
4. Do not use the equipment
when the ambient temperature exceeds 40˚C.
5. The equipment must be
grounded. Ensure the power supply parameters match the
specifications of equipment.
6. The minimum bending
diameter of the flexible shaft is 50cm. Straighten the flexible
shaft as much as possible to prevent the shaft core from kinking
and prolong the service life.
7. Ensure that the water
inside the equipment does not freeze.
8. If the flexible shaft is
not to be used for a long period of time, the head of the
flexible shaft should be disassembled, wiped dry and coated with
anti-rust oil. |

1. Wide cleaning range. The machine
is suitable for cleaning straight pipes, U-shaped pipes and
S-shaped pipes. Welcome to consult and customize flexible shafts
and brush heads. 2. Pull
rod design. The machine is convenient to carry and pull with
hands. The main unit is equipped with a flexible shaft storage
frame and a small storage box, facilitating storage of
accessories.
3. Physical descaling for more
thorough cleaning. The motor drives the flexible shaft, the
flexible shaft drives the brush to rotate at a high speed, and
water flows through the nylon casing pipe and flows out of the
tail end of the flexible shaft to wash away dirt. The pressure
is adjustable, and a pressure relief valve is designed to
automatically release pressure in case of excessive pressure,
thus prolonging the service life of pipelines.
4. Dry-wet separation design.
Water enters the flexible shaft directly, so that the accidents
caused by the phenomenon that water enters the main unit due to
seal damage are avoided, and the service life of the main unit
is prolonged.
5. Double modes of manual and
remote control. The foot switch and the remote controller are
adopted to conveniently operate the machine.
Note: For transportation
safety, there is no batteries in the remove controller.
Customers should prepare batteries (23A/12V) by themselves. |

functions of start control, speed regulation and display,
manual/remote control switching and state indication, and is
clear and independent in function and convenient to operate.

The storage box is of a built-in
structure, is easy to open and close, and can store various
tools and objects orderly, effectively saving space, improving
the space utilization rate and protecting the tools from loss
and damage.

Flexible Shaft
The 7.6m long flexible shaft adopts
a quick connector for quick assembly and disassembly, can be
matched with the nylon brush to achieve efficient dust removal
and synchronous flushing, has high flexibility and bendability,
and is suitable for various complex pipelines.

Storage Region
The back storage region is designed
for storing the disassembled flexible shaft, keeping the
flexible shaft safe and stable and facilitating fixing and
transportation. The flexible shaft can be well wound and
collected, and wear and corrosion are greatly reduced.

Ventilation Hole
The
ventilation hole and cooling fan are combined to achieve
effective heat dissipation and protect the internal parts from
burnout and damage. The metal protective net is firm and
durable, and resistant to corrosion and deformation and has good
protection.

Pull Rod
The telescopic
pull rod is designed for cooperating with bottom casters to
achieve easy movement of the main unit, effectively reducing the
labor intensity and greatly improving the practicability. It can
also be retracted to achieve no occupied space and attractive
appearance.
