2. Do not put hands or tools into the machine during operation. Do not touch the running parts during operation.

3. Before bookbinding, wait for 15-20 minutes to preheat, completely melt the hot melt adhesive and reach the set temperature value.

4. Disconnect the power supply, and wait for the glue wheel to cool down before cleaning and maintenance.

5. Timely add the hot melt adhesive to ensure the sufficient adhesive. Do not mix the hot melt adhesive of different models or specifications.

6. Regularly clean the milling cutter and glue wheel and remove residual adhesive and paper scraps in the machine to avoid blockage.

Book Clamping and Processing Assembly

The book clamping mechanism can be manually controlled to be opened and closed quickly, the milling cutter and sun cutter are combined to improve the adhesive firmness, and the precision positioning and milling are achieved.
　

Adhesive Coating Unit

Cover Mounting Assembly

Supporting Legs

The rubber supporting legs are wear-proof and anti-skid, can stably support the machine body on the workbench, prevent the machine body from movement during operation, and have good shock absorption and noise reduction.
　

1. Check the machine and ensure all parts are intact.

2. Add the appropriate hot melt adhesive to the adhesive pot.

3. Connect the machine to the 110V power supply with reliable grounding.

4. Turn on the power switch, and the touch screen will be on. Set the heating temperature as required, and wait for the hot melt adhesive to be heated and molten completely.

5. After preheating for 15-20 minutes and reaching the set temperature, press the Open button to open the paper clamping unit, put the paper sheets into the paper clamping unit neatly, and press the Close button to close the paper clamping unit.

6. Press the Start button, the paper clamping unit moves automatically, and milling, adhesive coating and cover adhesion are conducted in sequence.

7. After operation, take the formed book out of the paper clamping unit, turn off the power switch, disconnect the power supply, and clean away the residual adhesive and paper scraps.
