| The glass jar vacuum capping
machine is specially designed for capping and sealing various
glass bottles for sauce, jam, seasoning, canned food, etc. It
adopts the vacuum supply mode, integrates the vacuum sealing and
capping functions, and can effectively prolong the food
shelf-life. It is equipped with two capping stations,
significantly shortening the capping interval and improving the
capping efficiency. The glass jar vacuum capping machine is
suitable for vacuum capping of various glass bottles with tin
caps, and can be widely applied to the industries of food,
beverages, canned foods, condiments, health care products and so

5. Disconnect the power supply
and air supply before cleaning and maintenance. |

Adjusting Handwheel
The
height adjusting handwheel can be rotated to adjust the height
of the capping head to adapt to various bottles with different
heights. It is simple in structure, easy to operate and low in
fault rate, and meets the ergonomic standard.

Foot Switch
The foot switch
can liberate double hands, efficient cooperation of placing
bottles with hands and controlling capping with foot is
achieved, and the production efficiency is remarkably improved.
The foot switch is sensitive and durable.

Connect the machine to the air supply and 110V power supply with
reliable grounding.
2. The power indication light and
the touch screen are on. Set and adjust the operation parameters
as required.
3. Place the bottles and caps
into the capping stations, turn the emergency stop switch
clockwise to pop it up, and the machine begins automatic capping
operation.
4. After capping, take out the
bottles sealed with caps and check the capping effect.
5. After operation, press the
emergency stop switch to stop the machine, and disconnect the
air supply and power supply.
6. Clean the machine thoroughly
and check the states of all parts. |
