1. Ensure the power supply conforms to the parameters on the
nameplate of the machine. Ensure reliable grounding is achieved.
2. During operation, wear protective gloves and goggles. Do not
wear loose clothing or jewelry.
3. The machine is only suitable for PP straps with the
appropriate specification. Do not use PET straps, steel straps
or other straps.
4. Do not touch the running parts and heating elements during
operation. Do not put hands into the machine during operation.
Keep away from the cutting mechanism during operation. |

Control Panel
The control panel integrates the functions of power control,
ready, reset, feed timing and feed setting, achieving precise
adjustment of the feed time and setting, improving the strapping
standardization and reducing the labor cost.

Adjusting Mechanism
The machine adopts multidimensional
independent adjustment, ensuring the heating temperature, feed
length, strapping time and tensioning degree can perfectly meet
different strapping requirements, and improving the strapping
stability.

Strap Reel Support
The strap reel support can feed the
PP straps stably and evenly and improves the feeding reliability
and efficiency. The locking handle can quickly fix the PP strap
reel, and the large-sized baffle discs can effectively prevent
the straps from deviation.

Strap Channel
The ultra-long guide channel is
designed for guiding the strap to pass through the bottom of
pallet, and well adapting to various pallets of different
specifications. The strap channel is of a folding structure,
greatly saving space and facilitating storage.

Emergency Stop Switch
The
red emergency stop switch is designed for safety operation, can
be immediately pressed to stop the machine in case of emergency,
and effectively avoids the accidents and risks.

Universal Wheels
The
high-quality universal wheels are resistant to wear and aging,
can support the machine to freely move in different working
environments and improves the movement convenience and braking
stability.
|

1. Insert the strap coil into the reel dispenser.
2. Guide the PP strap to pass
through the strap channel, and turn on with the POWER switch.
3. Press the Ready button before
working.
4. Wait for about 1 minute to get
proper temperature of heater.
5. Adjust the FEED TIME switch in
accordance with the size of pallet package.
6. After inserting the strap
channel into the bottom of a pallet, move the machine to get
close to the package, press the FEED SETTING button and adjust
the length through the FEED TIME switch. If additional feeding
is necessary, press the FEED button.
Warning:
The machine is equipped with a smoke fan to prevent the user
from breathing the gas made from PP strap melting. Since the gas
can be harmful to the human body, the operator should be
cautious not to breathe the gas.
