Attention |

1. Read the operation manual and all warnings
on the machine carefully before using it. If the operator does
not obey the rules, serious injury and even death may be caused.
2. Do not touch or get close to the running
parts when machine is working.
3. Do not touch the workpiece, tools and
spindle before the spindle stops thoroughly.
4. Do not use the machine until all safety
and locking functions are well working.
5. Be sure to clamp the workpiece tightly
when the machine is running.
6. Wear glasses, earplugs and safety shoes
before using the machine.
7. Installation and maintenance should be
done by professional workers in accordance to the requirements
of the manual. Disconnect the power supply before repair and
maintenance.
8. Keep machine safety all the time. The
operator should obey all rules of the manual, instruction book
and machine plates.

electric spindle has the high rotating speed of 12000rpm,

force. The spindle is constant in torque and makes a quick

The protective
cover is of a full sealing structure, effectively ensuring
safety and stability. The high-strength shell and transparent
observation window are combined to form physical isolation to

workbench has high rigidity, stability, precision and bearing

hole grid system. The workbench provides a firm foundation
platform for accurate positioning, reliable clamping and stable
movement of workpieces and cooperates with the high-precision
spindle system to complete complex drilling and milling tasks. |

The operation panel
is a control center integrating high efficiency, intelligence,
safety and humanized design and achieves centralized control
over all core functions. The CNC control system 1500MDC is
adopted to fulfill the absolute value servo motor feedback
function. The high-definition color screen displays various
parameters and programs clearly, facilitating real-time
observation and monitoring. |

| The
cooling circulating pump and the submerged pump cooperate with
each other to achieve effective system cooling. The cutting
fluid is added to the water tank and can circulate through the
cooling circulating pump, and the clear water is added to the
water tank to cool the electric spindle through the submerged
pump. The thermal deformation can be effectively reduced, the
machining quality can be well ensured. |

The lighting lamp
is designed for internal lighting of the machine tool,
facilitating observation of the working state and monitoring of
the machining condition. The warning lamp has 3 colors
corresponding to different working states, the red light
indicates that the machine tool gives an alarm, the yellow light
indicates the standby state, and the green light indicates
normal operation. The effective warning effect can be achieved. |

Operation
Method |
|
1. Confirmation before starting
(1) Make sure the cable is not damaged to
avoid short circuit, electric leakage and electric shock, the
power supply is adequate, the cable is properly used and can
bear the load, the power cord is reliably connected to the
mains, and the ground wire is connected.
(2) Make sure that the operation buttons can
be operated and use. Make sure that the lubricating oil has been
added to the normal level, and the parts of the machine tool and
the working area are clean and orderly.
(3) Make sure that the machine is not
operating under the overloaded condition, and the machine
package and all fixing parts are removed.
(4) Make sure that the operator has
sufficient knowledge of the machine or has read the instruction
manual of the machine.
2. Warm-up procedure
(1) During the testing process, it is not
advisable to only use the speed of G00 to complete the entire
travel. G00 is usually used to return to the origin and quickly
reach the designated point. Do not only use G00 to move back and
forth, as this may damage the lifespan of the machine tool. If
any of the above situations occur, our company is not
responsible for warranty.
(2) When the machine is started for the first
time every day, it is necessary to heat up the machine. After
each axis returns to the reference point manually, the spindle
can run for more than 1 minute in the sections of S250, S500,
S1000 and S2000 in the AUTO or MDI mode. The feed axis should
continuously run for 3 to 5 minutes at the speed of G01 F1000.
3. Running
The operator should carefully read all the
content of the user manual and other materials, and operate the
machine manually and then automatically in sequence according to
the relevant operating methods. After the power supply is
connected, it is necessary to conduct idling operation to check
the running condition of each part before normal running. |

Maintenance |
|
A. Daily maintenance
1. Remove the cutting chips on the workbench,
base, saddle and other positions.
2. Clean away the oil, coolant liquid and
other liquid on the machine surface.
3. Clean the guide rail protective cover.
4. Clean the spindle taper hole with clean
rag and apply light oil to it.
5. Do not place tools on the protective
surface.
6. The cooling fluid pipe should be smooth to
ensure the adequate cooling fluid.
B. Monthly maintenance
1. Deal with the daily maintenance record.
2. Clean the electric cabinet and numerical
control cabinet.
3. Check the levelness of the workbench and
base and adjust the levelness if necessary.
4. Check the motion of the mechanical arm and
adjust it if necessary.
5. Check the wiring terminal of the wire and
ensure that the terminal is not loose.
6. Pour out the cooling fluid in the cooling
box, clean the cooling box and pour new cooling fluid into the
cooling box.
C. Semi-annual maintenance
1. Deal with the monthly maintenance record.
2. Clean the numerical control device,
electric cabinet and machine tool thoroughly.
3. Clean all the motors of the machine.
4. Check the connection between the motors
and machine tool, and repair and replace them in time.
5. Check all positioners and compensation
parts of the machine tool.
6. Check all the electrical parts.
7. Check the correctness of all operation
motions of the machine tool.
8.
Measure and properly adjust all the coordinate axes and gap
eliminating mechanisms. |
