1. Pre-Operation Setup:
(1)Ensure the safety shield is properly installed before
starting the machine.
(2)Check the front and rear areas of the machine to confirm no
personnel or obstacles are present.
2. Tooling & Setup Check:
(1)Verify that the rotary cutting blade and dies are suitable
for the specific type and size of rubber hose being processed.
3. Machine Adjustment & Test Run:
(1)Accurately measure and set the distance between the rotary
cutter and the die core based on the required stripping length
and ferrule dimensions.
(2)Calculate the appropriate clearance to avoid damaging the
internal wire reinforcement.
(3)Always conduct a test run using a sample hose. Gradually
adjust the cutter from a larger to a smaller setting until a
clean, precise strip is achieved before beginning batch
processing.
4. During Operation:
(1)The operator must hold the hose steadily and feed it straight
into the machine. Avoid side-to-side movement to prevent damage
to the wire layer.
(2)Never attempt to remove stripped rubber debris by hand while
the machine is running.
5. In Case of Abnormality:
(1)Immediately stop the machine if any unusual noise, vibration,
or behavior is observed. Investigate and resolve the issue
before resuming operation.
6. Safety Compliance:
(1)All operators must receive proper training before using this
equipment.
Secure all tools firmly. Do not use excessive force during
installation or adjustment.
7. After Operation:
(1)Power off the machine completely.
(2)Clean the work area and ensure the machine is kept tidy. |

Before starting up, first install the
corresponding peeling mandrel into the shaft sleeve, tighten the
jacking thread, then install the turning tool on the peeling
tool bar, adjust the length of the turning tool handle until it
can cut the rubber completely, then tighten the jacking thread
of the fixed tool bar, and then check whether all fasteners are
fastened. After confirmation, start the machine, and then try to
cut the rubber pipe. If the peeling is not clean, continue to
adjust the turning tool handle to the center, So that a greater
depth can be turned. If it is a rubber hose wrapped with steel
wire, turn on the switch according to its winding direction, and
the turning tool rotation direction is determined by the reverse
switch.
Insert the rubber hose into the mandrel, gradually push the hose
inward, but the mandrel does not rotate. At the same time, the
cutter bar rotates under the drive of the motor, and the turning
tool is firmly installed on the cutter bar. In this way, the
rubber hose is only pushed inward, and the outer rubber is
turned off by the turning tool. After turning, pull out the
rubber hose. |
