Open-Top Drum Mixer is a powerful tool designed for efficient

Precautions |
1. Electrical safety:
●It is strictly prohibited to use damaged or aged power cords,
and unauthorized modification of power lines is strictly
prohibited.
●When the equipment is running, do not operate the power switch,
button, or touch the power interface with wet hands to prevent
electric shock accidents.
●Regularly inspect electrical components such as power lines,
sockets, switches, etc. to ensure no looseness or leakage.
2. Operating standards:
●During the operation of the mixer, it is strictly prohibited to
insert hands or other objects into the IBC bucket to avoid
serious mechanical injury accidents.
●During the operation of the equipment, the operator shall not
leave without authorization and shall constantly observe the
operation status of the equipment. Once any abnormalities are
found, they shall be promptly and properly handled.
●The emergency stop button is only used in emergency situations,
please do not press it ran- domly during normal operation.
3. Maintenance and upkeep:
●Regularly check the fastening of the mixing shaft and blades
once a month. If any looseness is found, tighten them in a
timely manner.
●Conduct comprehensive dust removal and cleaning of the
frequency converter controller
every quarter to ensure good heat dissipation and avoid
equipment failure caused by dust
accumulation.
●Every year, professional personnel are arranged to conduct
comprehensive inspections and maintenance of equipment, covering
motor lubrication, electrical system testing, and other
projects, to ensure that equipment performance remains in good
condition at all times. |

I.
Preparation before use
1. Power connection: Carefully confirm that the power supply
voltage is 110V/60Hz and the power meets the requirement of
750W. Insert the equipment power cord into a well grounded
socket, ensuring that the plug is tightly connected to the
socket without any hidden dangers such as looseness or damage.
2. Bucket placement: Place the 1000L IBC bucket steadily and
accurately at the designated position below the mixer, ensuring
accurate positioning of the bucket and smooth insertion of the
mixing shaft into the
material inside the bucket.
3. Equipment inspection:
·Thoroughly inspect key components such as the mixing shaft and
blades to ensure that there is no
deformation, looseness, or damage.
·Confirm that the speed control knob of the variable frequency
controller is in the 0 position, check that the timer settings
are normal, and test whether each button function properly.
II. Mixing operation
1. Start the device: Rotate the power switch to power on the
device, and the display screen of the variable frequency
controller will light up.
2. Parameter settings:
·Speed setting: Based on the material
characteristics and specific mixing requirements, set the
appropri- ate speed through the variable frequency controller
speed control knob. For example, for low viscosity liquids,
40-70 revolutions per minute can be set; For high viscosity
materials or situations that require strong stirring, 80-180
revolutions per minute can be set.
·Timer setting: Reasonably set the mixing duration through a
timer. Conventional mixing operation can be set for 20-40
minutes; If it is a special process requirement, the time can be
flexibly adjusted according to the actual situation, with a
maximum setting of 999 minutes.
3. Start mixing: After completing the parameter settings, press
the start button and the mixer will start running. Closely
observe the operation status of the equipment to ensure that the
mixing shaft rotates smoothly without any abnormal vibration or
noise.
4. Process adjustment: During the mixing process, if the speed
needs to be adjusted, the variable frequen- cy controller speed
control knob can be directly rotated; To stop stirring in
advance, press the stop button.
III. Emergency situation handling
Once encountering emergency situations such as equipment
failure, material splashing, leakage, etc., immediately press
the emergency stop button to quickly cut off the power supply.
After the equipment is completely stopped, carefully check the
cause of the fault, promptly eliminate the fault, and turn the
reset emergency stop button to the right. After confirming the
safety and correctness, the device can be restarted.
IV. Operation after use
1. Stop mixing: When the timer set time is reached or the mixing
task is completed, the mixer will auto- matically stop (you can
also manually press the stop button).
2. Turn off the power: Pull down the power switch to turn off the
device's power, and unplug the power cord plug.
3. Equipment cleaning: Timely clean the residual materials on
the mixing shaft and blades to keep the equipment clean and
tidy. If the material is corrosive, it must be thoroughly
cleaned with a specialized cleaning agent and ensure that it is
thoroughly rinsed to prevent equipment components from being
corroded and damaged. |
