| 1. Ensure the power supply
conforms to the parameter requirements of the machine, and
reliable grounding is conducted.
2. Wear goggles and other
protective equipment to avoid accidents during operation.
3. Do not touch the running
parts during operation. Do not put hands into the machine during
operation.
4. Do not let the machine
unattended during operation.
5. Be sure to clean away the
anti-rust oil on the chuck before starting, and turn the chuck
by hand to prevent the chuck from jamming and causing the
circuit board to burn out!!
6. Do not process the
materials exceeding the limit ranges. Do not overload the
machine.
7. Do not adjust the chuck or
replace cutters when the spindle is rotating.
8. Do not open the protective
cover during operation. Do not modify the machine without
authorization. |

1. The lathe can automatically
switch between metric and inch systems without changing gears.
2. In the X-axis direction,
automatic feed can be achieved, and no manual operation is
required. The automatic feed speed can be adjusted and reaches
0.01mm-0.4mm!
3. There are three ways to start
turning: manual start, automatic start, delay automatic start.
4. Indexing function: you can
switch the direction of turning tool through "DIR" button, and
the angle can be cleared with one click.
5. Control panel: set and save
parameters and then start the machine. It realize the
reciprocating turning function and thread turning.
6. High expandability: The
0.005mm digital grating scale is additionally designed for
high-precision measurement and positioning, and the special
mounting base is stable and practical. |

Control Panel
The control panel integrates the displayer, control buttons and
speed regulator, supports one-key switching of metric/imperial
thread, and substantially improves the thread processing
efficiency. The speed can also be steplessly adjusted within the
range of 50-2500rpm through the adjusting knob.

Transmission System
The spindle transmission and
electronic gear change system is adopted to achieve automatic
feeding and thread processing, and is free of manual gear
change, greatly improving the processing efficiency and
precision, ensuring stable and low-noise operation and reducing
the maintenance cost.

Tool Post
The adjustable tool post allows the
operator to easily change the cutting tools, greatly shortening
the tool changing time and well stabilizing the cutting tools.

Three-Jaw Chuck
The Φ125mm high-precision three-jaw
chuck has a large clamping range and high concentricity,

Tailstock
The tailstock is
of a high-rigidity structure, can cooperate with the precise

can feed back the cutter position in real time, clearly displays

| 1.
Connect the machine to the 110V power supply, and ensure
reliable grounding.
2. Clamp and lock the workpiece
via the three-jaw chuck, install the lathe tool and adjust it.
3. Turn on the digital grating
scale, ensure the X/Y readings are normal, and reset the
coordinates.
4. Turn on the power switch,
select the thread standard on the control panel, and set
processing parameters.
5. Press the start button, turn
on the direction switch, and start processing the workpiece.
6. After processing, press the
stop button, wait for the spindle to stop completely and
disconnect the power supply.
7. Clean and maintain the machine
thoroughly. |
