| The Motor Vibrating Feeder is a
new-generation feeding device. Compared with conventional
feeders, it offers advantages of compact size, light weight,
simple and robust structure, easy installation and maintenance,
and low operating cost. It employs a dual-vibration-motor drive
system that generates exciting force to produce periodic linear
reciprocating vibration along the inclination direction of the
trough, causing materials in the trough to be continuously and
uniformly thrown upward and moved forward, thereby achieving
uniform feeding. The machine is widely used in mining,
metallurgy, coal, building materials, chemical, power and food
industries for uniform, timed and continuous feeding of lumpy,
granular, and powdery materials from storage bins or other
storage equipment to receiving devices such as crushers, ball
mills, screening machines, and batching systems. |

1. The machine is not suitable
for highly sticky or high-moisture materials, or materials with
the temperature exceeding 60°C.
2. Vibration motors MUST be equipped
with external overload protection devices. Operation without
overload protection will result in motor burnout and potential
fire hazard.
3. The two vibration motors
must rotate in opposite directions at equal speed;
same-direction rotation will damage the equipment.
4. Guard covers must be
installed on vibration motors during operation.
5. Never insert hands or tools
into the feed trough while the machine is running.
6. Never touch the vibration
motors or vibration-transmitting body during operation.
7. Stop immediately and
inspect if any abnormality is detected.
8. When installing at height,
safety harnesses and fall protection must be used. |

Vibration Motors
The double 0.25KW vibration motors can generate stable exciting
force through synchronous opposite rotation, and are uniform in
amplitude, adjustable in exciting force, controllable in feed
rate and free of polarization, facilitating more stable feeding
and adapting to various materials. The motors have a reliable
structure, low energy consumption and high reliability.

Feeding Trough
The feeding trough is crafted with
high-strength steel through the welding technology, is resistant
to wear and impact, sturdy and durable, is not prone to blockage
and adhesion and ensures different materials can be fed smoothly
and stably. Multiple bolt holes are designed for achieving
leakage-free reliable connection between the trough and feed
bin/chute.

Lifting Hooks
The standard lifting hooks can be
directly connected with spring shock absorbers, lifting chains
or steel wire ropes to achieve stable lifting of the machine.
The lifting hooks have high welding strength and load capacity,
are not prone to breakage or deformation and are easy to
maintain.

Spring Shock Absorbers
The spring shock absorbers adopt the
spiral spring structure to substantially reduce the vibration
energy and transmission, avoid resonance, protect the equipment
and workshop, reduce the operation noise and improve the
workshop environment while enhancing the adaptability.

I. Pre-Start Checklist
1. Confirm no foreign objects or obstructions in the feed
trough.
2. Confirm all fasteners are tight and secure.
3. Confirm the spring shock absorbers are in good condition.
4. Confirm the guard covers are installed.
5. Confirm the motor rotation is correct (opposite directions).
6. Confirm the overload protection device is operational.
II. Exciting Force
Adjustment
The exciting force can be adjusted by changing the eccentric
block overlap angle, which controls the feed rate and amplitude.
Adjustment method:
• 0° (fully overlapped): Maximum exciting force (100%F), maximum
amplitude
• 60°: Exciting force at 86%F
• 90°: Exciting force at 70.7%F
• 120°: Exciting force at 50%F
• 180° (fully separated): Zero exciting force, no vibration
Adjustment procedure: Loosen the eccentric block fixing bolt,
rotate the movable eccentric block to the required angle, then
re-tighten. Note: Power must be disconnected before adjustment.
III. Start-Up &
Operation
1. Before starting, place a small quantity of materials in the
trough (approximately 20% of trough volume).
2. Turn on the power switch, and both vibration motors will
start simultaneously.
3. Observe the operating condition, and confirm no abnormal
noise or vibration.
4. Gradually add materials to the trough to reach the normal
operating level.
5. During operation, observe that material flow is uniform and
continuous.
IV. Shutdown Procedure
1. Stop feeding new materials into the trough.
2. Wait until the materials in the trough are substantially
discharged.
3. Turn off the power switch.
4. For extended shutdown, remove residual materials from the
trough.
