Usage instructions: |
1. Connect to three-phase 220V power and start the
motor.
2. Observe the operation of the hydraulic pump to
ensure normal functioning.
3. Control the flow direction and rate of hydraulic
oil via hydraulic valves according to actual needs.
4. During operation, monitor the hydraulic station's
working status. If any abnormal situation occurs, stop the machine
for maintenance immediately.
5. After operation, disconnect the hydraulic
station's power supply to stop the motor. |

| Set the
maximum pressure and maximum flow as needed: |
1. Mode
setting:
Press the PRG key to enter the first-level menu, press the up and
down keys to select A0, press the ENTER key to enter the
second-level menu, press the up and down keys to select A0-00, press
the ENTER key again to enter parameter setting, press the up and
down keys to set the mode to 01 (00: speed mode, 01: single pump
mode, 02: parallel pump mode host, 03: parallel pump mode slave, 04:
test mode, and 05: pressure multi-stage speed mode), press the PRG
key to return to the previous menu.
2. Rotating speed (flow) setting:
Press the up and down keys to select A0-01, press the ENTER key to
enter parameter setting, press the up and down keys to set the
rotating speed to 1500 (0-2000RPM), and press the PRG key to return
to the previous menu.
3. Pressure setting:
Press the up and down keys to select A0-02, press the ENTER key to
enter parameter setting, press the up and down keys to set the
pressure to 100 (0-250BAR, needing to be matched with the motor
power), and press the PRG key to return to the previous menu.
4. Pressure sensor range setting:
Press the up and down keys to select A0-03, press the ENTER key to
enter parameter setting, press the up and down keys to set the range
to 250BAR, and press the PRG key to return to the previous menu.
5. Control mode setting:
Press the PRG key to return to the first-level menu, press the up
and down keys to select P0, press the ENTER key to enter the
second-level menu, press the up and down keys to select P0-01, press
the ENTER key again to enter parameter setting, and press the up and
down keys to select 00 (00: keyboard control, 01: terminal control,
and 02: communication control).
6. Setting completion:
Press the RUN key to start running, and press the STOP key to stop
running.

Pressure Control Optimization Parameters: |
A1-00
(Pressure loop gain. When the pressure loop grain is increased, the
pressure response is faster, but if it is too high, pressure
oscillation will be caused.)
A1-01 (Pressure loop integral. The smaller the integral, the faster
the pressure response, but if it is too small, pressure overshoot
and oscillation will be caused.)
A1-34 (Flow response coefficient. When the flow response coefficient
is increased, the system flow response speed can be increased, but
it is too high, pressure overshoot will be caused.)
P2-00 (Low speed loop gain. The low speed loop grain takes effect
when the motor is running at low speed. When it is increased, the
control, conducted by the drive, over the motor speed can be
improved, but if it is too high, motor vibration and abnormal noise
will be caused.)
P2-03 (High speed loop gain. The high speed loop grain takes effect
when the motor is running at high speed. When it is increased, the
control, conducted by the drive, over the motor speed can be
improved, but if it is too high, motor vibration and abnormal noise
will be caused.)
P2-10 (Current loop gain. When the motor is running at the excessive
speed, the current loop grain can be appropriately increased, and
generally the value should not exceed 2.0. If it is too high, the
motor will heat up, the abnormal noise will be generated, and the
service life of the motor will be affected.) |

Maintenance: |
- Check the oil temperature, cleanliness of the
hydraulic system and the noise of the pumping station regularly. If
the oil temperature is too high or the sound is abnormal, please
check whether the hydraulic oil is too little, whether the oil
suction filter is blocked, resulting in empty oil pump, need to
refuel and replace the oil suction filter.
-
If
Hydraulic oil has serious pollution and odor deterioration, it
should be replaced in time. Taking into account the high precision
requirements of the proportional valve, the general hydraulic oil
should be replaced once every 4-6 months. (According to the
frequency of use of the equipment, it can be replaced in advance or
behind schedule.)
- Check whether the valve assembly and pipe joint on
the hydraulic station have oil leakage. If there is leakage, the
sealing assembly should be replaced to ensure the volumetric
efficiency of the hydraulic system.
- Check whether the electromagnetic reversing valve is
sensitive, whether the relief valve pressure regulation effect is
normal, whether the throttle valve speed regulation is effective,
and if these parts are abnormal, you should repair or replace them.
