2. Place the machine in the flat, dry and well-ventilated working environment, and keep it away from flammable and explosive articles and corrosive gas.

3. Do not put flammable and explosive raw materials into to the dryer. Do not mix the raw materials of different materials and batches.

4. Over-temperature operation is strictly prohibited. Do not frequently open and close the door during operation.

5. After drying, cut off the power and wait for the internal chamber to cool down before opening the door and taking the materials.

6. When taking the materials, wear high-temperature-resistant protective gloves, and do not directly touch the tray and inner wall of the dryer.

7. When opening the door, do not stand in front of the door to avoid high-temperature air.

8. During operation, do not put hands or other tools into the dryer.

Controller

The PID electronic temperature control system is adopted to achieve precision temperature control. The LCD screen can clearly display multiple key parameters in real time, perfectly meeting the requirements of different raw materials for drying parameters.
　

Temperature Regulator

The temperature adjusting knob is simple in structure, resistant to aging, convenient to rotate and easy to clean, achieving precise adjustment and clear display of the temperature and well adapting to different working environments.
　

Control Switch

The control switch is designed for effectively controlling the machine to start and stop, is reliable, durable, resistant to high temperature and corrosion and not prone to aging and deformation, and meets the ergonomic standard.
　

Door Lock

The lever type door lock is adopted to easily open and firmly close the door body. It has high structural strength and fatigue resistance, effectively improving the operation safety and prolonging the service life.
　

Trays

The 5 stainless steel trays are provided for holding more plastic granules, have high temperature and corrosion resistance, are smooth in surface, free of pores and easy to clean, and ensure the plastic granule drying consistency.
　

Air Vent

The petal-shaped opening structure and the rotatable baffle are combined to achieve smooth adjustment of the ventilation area, ensure the uniform airflow distribution and enhance the stability of the hot air ventilation system.
　

1. Connect the machine to the 220V 3-phase power supply with reliable grounding.

2. Evenly lay appropriate plastic granules on the trays, stably put the trays into the tier frame, and tightly close and lock the door.

3. Turn on the power switch, and the control panel is on.

4. Turn the temperature adjusting knob to the appropriate temperature, set the drying parameters as needed, press the Start key, and the machine starts heating and drying the plastic granules.

5. Observe and monitor the drying process in real time to ensure the drying operation is smooth and normal.

6. After drying is completed, turn off the power switch, wait for the internal temperature to drop to the safety temperature, and then open the door.

7. Wear the anti-scald gloves, and take out the trays and dried plastic granules.

8. Wait for the trays and machine to cool down completely, and clean them thoroughly.
