| The thread residue suction
machine is designed to remove thread residues, dust and other
impurities adhering to various garments such as shirts, trousers
and pyjamas after sewing. It ensures the appearance quality of
garment products and improves the grade of the garment products.
The machine is equipped with a high-speed motor and multi-vane
impeller, and has the advantages of high suction, excellent
removal effect, convenient operation and high working
efficiency. The automatic thread residue suction machine can be
widely applied to the industries of clothing, hosiery, toys
textiles and so on. |

1. Before use, check whether all
screws are loose and wipe the working parts clean.
2. Before use, extend the air
outlet (with a plastic bag or cloth bag or sleeve bag) to ensure
that loose thread residues and other debris can be discharged to
the outdoor space.
3. Check if the input voltage
matches the rated voltage 220V of the machine, and then connect
the power supply.
4. After connecting the power
supply, check if the fan impeller rotates counterclockwise; if
not, exchange the connecting wires to correct it timely.
5. The electrical control
system of the machine is installed inside the right side of the
machine shell, and the operation buttons are equipped with
indicator lights for intuitive display and easy control.
6. The electrical control
system is equipped with a phase line fuse and an overload
protection device attached to the machine shell, and the fan
impeller is protected from being damaged in case of single-phase
short circuit and overload operation.
7. The thread residues and
dirt on the fan impeller, filter screen and other parts must be
removed after the machine works for 8 hours every day;
otherwise, the normal operation of the machine will be affected.
8. If there are gaps or damage
at any part of the air suction channel, they must be repaired
and sealed in a timely manner; otherwise, the normal operation
will also be affected. |

Control Panel
The control panel is simple and compact in structure and easy to
operate, requires no complex parameter setting or professional
training, ensures real-time monitoring of the power state and
meets the safety production requirement.

Suction Workbench
The inclined suction workbench
adopts the ergonomic design and 3600m³/h strong wind direct
suction structure, conforms to the natural posture of standing
operation, reducing fatigue of the operator and improving the
work efficiency during long-term production.

Centrifugal Impeller
The multi-blade centrifugal impeller
generates strong negative pressure of no more than -350Pa,
effectively removing dust and residual threads and substantially
improving the appearance quality of textiles. The impeller is
high in rigidity, resistant to deformation and easy to maintain.

Supporting Mechanism
The universal wheels and adjustable
supporting legs are integrated to achieve flexible movement and
stable fixing, well adapting to different stations and working
procedures, ensuring the operation stability and safety and
improving the reliability and practicability.

| 1.
Place the machine on the flat and well-ventilated region, adjust
the supporting legs to keep the machine stable and level, and
connect a collection bag to the machine.
2. Connect the machine to the
220V single-phase power supply with reliable grounding, and
ensure the power indicator is on, and the machine is normal.
3. Press the green start button
to start the machine, the centrifugal fan begins running, and
the workbench generates stable negative-pressure suction.
4. Place the textile into the
suction inlet, push, pull and turn over the textile repeatedly
to remove the thread residues and other impurities thoroughly,
and take the textile out of the suction inlet after all
impurities are removed.
5. After operation, press the red
stop button, and the machine stops running.
6. Disconnect the power supply,
remove the collected dust and impurities in the collection bag
and clean the machine thoroughly. |
