| The automatic fluff brushing
machine adopts the simultaneous operation of centrifugal fan
negative pressure air suction and mechanical brush rollers to
remove residues on knitted garments, sweaters and artificial
wool clothes. It can brush away lint, flying fibers, fluff and
other residues attached to your apparel products quickly and
easily before factory packaging, thus replacing the traditional
manual adhesive tape cleaning method. The machine not only
greatly reduces the labor intensity and production cost, but
also can ensure the appearance quality of your apparel products,

1. There is no plug on the power
cord. Please have a professional electrician conduct wiring
operation.
2. The machine shall be
horizontally placed on a solid concrete floor.
3. The safety grounding wire
must be firm and reliable.
4. Connect the machine to a
single-phase 220V AC power supply and the machine can be tested
for operation.
5. Press the ON button, the
suction fan unit system starts to work and the fluff brushing
machine begins to run normally. Feel the suction by hand to
check if the brush on the worktable has suction. If the suction
is low, inspect whether the power supply is misconnected to
cause the motor to reverse.
6. After completing the
operation, press the OFF button and disconnect the power supply. |

Dust Collecting Drawer
The drawer adopts a hidden structure
and push-pull design, effectively saving space and facilitating
collection and cleaning. The dense filter net can accurately

Exhaust Outlet
The large-diameter circular exhaust
outlet is designed to quickly exhaust the air filtered by the
air suction system, keeping the negative pressure of the fan
stable, maintaining the powerful air suction force and ensuring
the high brushing efficiency.

Connect the machine to the 220V AC power supply, press the ON
button, and the machine will run normally after starting.
2. Brush the required items back and
forth from front to back on the brush.
3. Loose lint and fuzz on the
items will be evenly brushed automatically, sucked into the
suction fan and then discharged outside.
4. After completing the
operation, press the OFF button and disconnect the power supply. |
