| The fully automatic electric
heating stirring fryer is a commercial food frying device. It is
made of high-quality stainless steel materials, is compatible
with the 220V single-phase power supply and integrates the
functions of automatic temperature control, automatic stirring,
automatic discharging and so on, thereby greatly reducing the
labor intensity and effectively improving the production
efficiency. The stirring fryer can be used for frying meat,
aquatic products, vegetables, wheaten food and other foods, and

| 1. Ensure the power supply
conforms to the parameters on the nameplate of the machine.
Ensure reliable grounding is achieved.
2. Before operation, ensure
the oil level is at least 30mm higher than the heating tube to
avoid dry burning.
3. Over-temperature operation
is strictly prohibited. Set the appropriate oil temperature
according to the food requirements.
4. Do not put the food with
water or ice into the high-temperature oil. Slowly and evenly
feed food into the fryer during feeding.
5. During operation, do not
put hands or tools into the machine, do not touch the running
parts, and keep people away from the fryer.
6. Wear protective gloves,
protective mask and other protective devices to avoid accidents.
7. Wait for the
high-temperature oil to cool down completely before discharging
oil. |

Control Panel
The control panel is of a compact structure. The digital
precision temperature control and 3-level independent heating
are adopted to achieve quick heating and high constant
temperature precision. The emergency stop switch and
over-temperature alarm are designed for safety protection. The
one-button automatic discharge design saves time and labor.

Driving Mechanism
The high-quality driving motor and
speed reducer are integrated to achieve stable and reliable
power transmission, ensuring the stirring and automatic
discharging operation can be smoothly conducted, and improving
the batch production efficiency. The driving mechanism is
resistant to oil stains and corrosion, is not prone to rusting
and deformation and has low fault rate.

Frying Pan
The Φ80cm frying pan integrates the
frying basket, stirring paddles and turnover discharging
structure, is crafted with stainless steel and adopts the smooth
circular structure, ensuring the high structural strength and
meeting the food hygiene standard. The frying basket can filter
away the oil and be turned over to discharge the fried food, and
the level of automation is higher.

Stirring Paddles
The stainless steel stirring paddles
can continuously stir the food in the frying process,
effectively dispersing the food, preventing food adhesion and
avoiding the local over-temperature. Multiple holes are designed
in the paddles to greatly reduce the stirring resistance, allow
the oil to drain off quickly and thoroughly and improve the
cleaning convenience.

Oil Drain Valve
The oil drain valve adopts the
rotatable opening and closing design, is easy to operate and
substantially improves the oil draining efficiency. It is
resistant to high temperature and deformation, has excellent
sealing performance and is easy to maintain and replace.

Supporting Mechanism
The universal wheels and
adjustable supporting legs are combined to achieve flexible
movement and stable supporting, the machine can be easily moved
to different working environments and effectively fixed on the
ground, and the safety and convenience are perfectly guaranteed.

(I) Preparation before Operation
1. Remove the protective film from the machine surface. Adjust
the supporting legs to ensure the machine is placed stably and
is prevented from shaking during operation.
2. Connect the power supply according to the schematic diagram,
ensure the voltage matches 220V, and the machine shell must be
properly grounded to ensure the electrical safety.
3. Thoroughly clean the inside of the fryer pan. Open the drain
valve to drain all sewage and close it, ensuring no standing
water or debris remains in the pan.
4. Add edible oil into the pan. The oil level must be at least
30mm above the heating tubes to prevent dry burning and damage
to the heating tubes.
(II) Operation Procedures
1. Turn on the main power switch and the electric heating
switches. The green power indicator lights will be on, and
heating will start.
2. Use the built-in stirring paddles of the machine to stir the
products in the pan. There is no need for manual operation. The
stirring paddles ensure uniform heating and consistent color of
the products.
3. In case of emergency during frying, press the red emergency
stop button to immediately cut off heating or terminate the
operating program.
4. After frying is completed, press the discharge button. The
fryer basket will slowly lift and tip to pour the products into
a pre-prepared container.
(III) Cleaning after Use
1. After use, wait until the oil temperature drops below 20°C
before opening the oil drain port to discharge the oil,
preventing scalds caused by high-temperature hot oil.
2. After draining all oil, lift and secure the fryer basket,
then clean away the residual food debris at the bottom of the
oil tank to avoid affecting the next use.
3. Before refilling oil, ensure all residual standing water in
the pan is completely drained. Never mix water into the heated
oil, as this will cause hot oil splashing and severe scalding.
