4. When the machine is not working, be sure to turn off the heating system in time, so as to avoid unnecessary danger and the phenomenon that the foaming quality is reduced due to the too long heating time of white material.

5. The order of starting and stopping the heating systems must be correct. When starting, turn on the main power supply, and then start the independent heating systems in sequence. When stopping, be sure to stop the independent heating systems, and then turn off the main power supply.

2. Connect the machine to the 110V power supply with reliable grounding, and connect the compressed air to the machine.

3. Turn on the power switch, and the machine starts.

4. Set the appropriate temperature through the temperature controllers.

5. Close the two valves of the spray gun, remove four bolts of valves, and remove the left and right material blocks of the spray gun.

6. Put the left and right material blocks into two buckets respectively, open the material block valves to remove the air in the pipelines, exhaust the air for about 30 seconds, and put the material backs into the spray gun.

7. After assembling the spray gun, press the spraying start button to start spraying.
