2. Connect the machine to the 110V power supply with reliable grounding.

3. Test the machine for rotation, and confirm that the rotation direction is correct.

4. Loosen the thickness adjustment handle, adjust it according to the required peeling thickness, and adjust the handle lock tightly.

5. Then start peeling. First of all, lift the meat, select a relatively thin, soft and easy-to-enter part of the skin to touch the knife, then flatten the meat and adjust it to the right direction to peel. (In the production process, ensure the operability of the foot switch. If there is an emergency, the foot should be lifted immediately to stop the operation of the machine.)

6. After completing the work, be sure to open the workbench and the comb shaft to carefully clean the debris with a cleaning fork. After cleaning, close the comb shaft and the workbench for reuse.
