Attention |
|
1. Ensure that there are sufficient
appropriate adhesives in the adhesive pot.
2. Be sure to conduct trial edge banding
before normal production.
3. Please immediately press the emergency
stop switch if there is material jamming, abnormal noise,
smoking or odor.
4. Do not put hands into the machine during
operation.
5. Use special tools to remove the stuck
materials.
6. Regularly clean the residual adhesives, dust
and other things with special tools.
7.
Start edge banding
only after the temperature reaches the set temperature.
8. When the machine is
heating, do not put your hand into the edge strip groove to
avoid burns.
9. During use, do not set the
moving speed of the micro edge banding machine too fast or too
slow. It should be controlled within an appropriate range. |

Operation Panel
The independent operation panel is adopted to
effective control over the temperature, the edge banding speed
and the feeding speed, one-button start and digital control
operation are designed to achieve trimming and
polishing, and operation is independent, easy and
efficient.

Press Wheels
Double rows of press wheels are integrated on
the high-strength press beam and matched with a guide rail
chain conveyor, ensuring the plate conveying parallelism,
preventing the plate from deviation in the feeding process,
facilitating smooth edge banding and trimming, and improving the
edge banding effect.

Handwheel
The handwheel is matched with the clear
scales to accurately adjust the height of the press beam, well
adapting to different plates of different specifications and
effectively improving the practicability and adaptability. The
scales can clearly show the height, facilitating
real-time monitoring.

Straight & Curved
Edge Banding
The
machine is equipped with a straight edge banding mechanism and a
curved edge banding mechanism, well meeting different edge
banding requirements of boards with different shapes and
improving the practicability and adaptability. |

Rolling Balls
The supporting plate is equipped with
multiple rolling balls with high hardness and strength,
facilitating smooth feeding and movement of the plates, saving
time and labor during edge banding and enhancing the working
efficiency.

Foot Switch
The foot switch is designed for effectively
controlling the edge banding operation, can liberate double

Adhesive Coating
Mechanism
The
large-capacity adhesive pot and adhesive coating parts are used
to achieve smooth edge banding operation, and the adhesive
coating uniformity is effectively improved. |

Polishing
Structure
The polishing wheel can run at a high speed
to conduct efficient polishing on the top and bottom, making the
edge banding strip smooth and free of burrs and avoiding
accidental injuries. |

Dust Bag
The
built-in vacuum cleaner is designed for effectively sucking and
collecting the removed adhesives and other things, and well
keeping the working environment clean and safe. |

Operation
Method |
|
1. Fix the machine to the horizontal
position firmly and stably.
2. Connect the machine to the 110V
power supply, and pay attention to connecting the ground
wire.
3. Add the appropriate amount of hot
melt glue to the glue pot.
4. Place the edge banding strip and
adjust the height limit column.
5. Adjust and lock the fitting wheel
as needed.
6. Set the temperature through the
temperature controller, adjust the motor speeds through
the motor speed regulators, and start the motors after
the temperature reaches the set temperature.
7.
Press the foot switch, turn on the start switches, place the
board on the chain conveyor belt or the rolling ball
plate, and push the board to
be subjected to the straight/curved edge banding, trimming
and polishing operation. |

Application |
|
Suitable for side sealing: flexible melamine-impregnated paper,
wood veneer, plastic and other furniture edge sealing materials,
the rubber surface must be smooth.
Plastic side banding strip: must be coated with hot melt
adhesive when heated without deformation. Plastic side tape, the
coated surface must be pre-coated with back adhesive (can make
the back side tape and hot melt adhesive activator).
Suitable for hot melt adhesives: medium and low
temperature hot melt adhesives with melting point below 120℃-170℃.
Suitable for the workpiece frame: can be bonded with hot melt
wood, flower board, medium fiber board, particle board and other
plate frames. |
