Operation
Method |
|
1. Preparation before operation
(1) Place the machine on the flat
ground, and clean the oil stains on the surface of the
machine.
(2) Add lubricating oil to the
lubrication points of the machine.
(3) Inspect the tightness of the bolt
connections, and tighten them if any loosening is found.
(4) Connect the machine with the 220V
power supply with reliable grounding, and check the
coordination of all parts.
(5) Adjust the cutting edge gap as
required.
2. Operation
(1) Place the metal sheet below the
cutting blade, tread on the foot switch, and the machine
automatically cuts the metal sheet.
(2) Immediately press the emergency
stop switch in case of emergency.
3. Completion
(1) After completing the shearing
operation, disconnect the power supply, and clean away
the residues, dust and oil stains thoroughly.
(2) Regularly maintain the machine, and
check whether all parts are intact. |
