hauling machines, winding or cutting machines to finish the
plastic product processing.
2. After the machine is powered on, it can
fulfill the functions of heating and extruding out of plastic
raw materials. That means the equipment is qualified.
3. The machine is for professional use and cannot
be touched by children, minors or non-professionals to prevent
burns and other accidents.
4. It is forbidden to touch the heating area and
screw cylinder with hands during use. For maintenance, it is
required to cut off the power and pay attention to safety. |

Operation
Method |
|
1. It is recommended that the mold
temperature can be 5-10˚C
lower than that of the middle screw cylinder while
ensuring that the material can be discharged. The
cooling temperature for fed particles should not be
higher than the softening temperature of the material.
Press the SET key to set the temperature, shift the
cursor to the desired temperature, then press the SET
key to confirm it, and complete the temperature setting.
2. After the speed governor is powered
on, it is necessary to start by pressing the red button,
then adjust the speed, and stop by pressing the red
button. The numerical display value is the screw speed,
for example, 50 represents 15 revolutions per minute.
3. There may be trial material (PE) in
the extruder screw. The machine needs to be heated
before use. After the temperature reaches the set value,
the material can be fed and the machine can be started. |
