| The manual bending machine is a
professional device for bending and flanging the steel plates,
non-ferrous metal plates and stainless steel plates with the
maximum width of 1.3 meters and the maximum thickness of 1.5
millimeters. The machine is operated manually and can produce
workpieces with fixed angles and special shapes to meet
different processing requirements. It adopts bevel gears and
threaded screws for rotation or cam locking, ensuring smooth and

distance.
2. Do not fold the too long and too thick
plates to avoid damaging the cutter.
3. Use the sections of the cutter evenly to
ensure even wear.
4. During operation, no one should stand
behind the balance weight to avoid accidents.
5. Regularly pay attention to the position
and lubrication condition of each bearing.
6. Do not touch the running parts during
operation. Do not put the hands into the machine. |

The bending cutter is made of high-quality forged carbon
tool steel, and the cutting edge is subjected to quenching
thermal treatment, ensuring that the cutter is high in
structural strength, long in bending service life and low in
deformation. |

The bending arm adopts the double level design,
the whole stress surface is thickened and reinforced, so the
bending force is outputted more powerfully. The bevel gears are
used for driving and locking, effectively improving the bending

The material press handhwheel is properly rotated to press
and fix the plate before bending and to release plate after
bending, so as to avoid the bending error caused by stretching
movement of the plate during bending. The fixing effect is
better, and rotation is smooth and effortless. |

The balance weight is adopted to substantially reduce the
operation force through the lever principle, thereby remarkably
reducing the workload and fatigue of operators, improving the
production efficiency, bending precision and consistency. |

Operation
Method |
|
1. Adjust the upper beam and folding plate.
2. Clamp the sheet metal between the upper
and lower beams through the handwheel.
3. Fix the angle positioning disc on the left
folding shaft.
4. Rotate the folding plate to the angle
positioning location to fold the workpiece at the desired angle.
