| The wall with the polyurethane

clean and tidy and trim corners quickly and easily. By placing
its head directly on the stud, it also uses a rotating head to
send itself into the wall. This minimizes the amount of work
required to operate the trimmer. The planer is suitable for
processing closed-cell PU foam materials and can be used in
conjunction with the PU spraying machine. |

| 1. The operator should be
professionally trained and be familiar with the equipment
performance, the operation process and the emergency measures.
2. Ensure that the spatula and
other parts are tightly fixed and are free of looseness.
3. Remove the metal nails,
sand, stones and other impurities in the foam material to avoid
damage to the machine.
4. Wear the work clothes,
safety shoes, goggles, dust mask and earplugs during operation.
5. Add the chain oil before
use.
6. Hold the handles with
double hands. Do not touch or approach the rotating shaft with
hands.
7. Conduct cleaning and
maintenance after the rotating shaft stops completely.

Planing Roller
The planing roller is equipped with diamond-shaped convex
blocks, effectively achieving multi-point synchronous cutting
within the effective cutting width range and greatly improving
the closed-cell PU foam planing efficiency.

Drive Chain
The chain driving mode is adopted by the planing roller, the
linear track can be kept all the time in the planing process,
the feeding speed and the cutting depth can be precisely
matched, and the planing flatness is substantially improved.

Baffle
The baffle is easy to lock and unlock, effectively adapting to
the high-frequency vibration in the planing process and greatly
improving the operation safety and convenience.

Handles
The double handles are designed for allowing the operator to
firmly hold, meeting the ergonomic standard and relieving the
fatigue caused by the single-hand operation.

Grip the two handles of the machine firmly with both hands.
2. Start by completely trimming the
bottom of the wall so you can avoid running the cutter bar
through a pile of trimmings.
3. Do not run the cutter over the
edges of the steel hangers or braces, as the power and speed
needed to cut foam quickly may cause the ridged edges to tear
off the cutter teeth.
4. To use the cutter more easily
and cleanly, run it up the wall with the cutter turning and
taking a light cut.
5. Use the small drill-powered
cutter to trim around receptacles, hangers and other tight
places. |
