Foot-operated Plate Shearing Machine |
| The foot-operated plate shearing
machine is a manual sheet metal shearing device specially
designed for sheet metal working, hardware manufacturing, plate
processing and so on. It adopts the foot lever structure to
achieve precise shearing of various plates with the maximum
shearing specification of 1320mm (width) * 1.5mm (thickness). It
can precisely shear soft steel plates, aluminum bronze plates,
brass plates, zinc plates, plastic plates and lead plates, and
is an ideal tool for small-batch multi-specification plate
shearing. |

| 1. Do not cut plates
exceeding the equipment specification to avoid damaging the
blade and machine body.
2. During operation, do not put
hands into the blade area to avoid mechanical injury. Wear
protective gloves and goggles for safety.
3. Regularly check the blade
edge, and sharpen or replace the blade in time. Regularly
lubricate the lever, shaft and other moving parts to ensure
smooth operation.
4. The machine must be placed
on the stable ground to avoid tilting and shaking which affects
the cutting accuracy. |

Foot Lever
The enlarge foot lever adopts the
labor-saving lever and anti-skid pattern design, is simple in
structure and high in strength, can improve the cutting quality
and safety. |

Gauge
The front and back gauges are designed to achieve precision
positioning of plates, effectively reducing the cutting error
and improving the cutting precision. |

Reset Spring

| 1.
Check the machine and ensure all parts are intact.
2. Place the plate on the workbench,
adjust the front and rear baffles according to the shearing size
and fix the plate as needed.
3. Tread on the foot lever, and
drive the blade to cut the plate.
4. Release the foot lever, reset
the upper tool rest and take out the plate.
5. After operation, clean the
machine thoroughly and maintain the machine properly. |
