| The KMW series mold temperature
controller is an industrial device specifically designed for
precisely controlling the temperature of molds (or other
equipment such as reactors and rollers). Acting as a "precision
air conditioning system" for the mold, it ensures that the mold
remains within the optimal temperature range required by the
process throughout production. The equipment circulates thermal
oil (mineral oil, synthetic oil, etc.) through the mold to
maintain precise temperature control, thereby ensuring
consistent product quality. This makes it ideal for injection
molding and other industrial applications. |

WARNING: Unauthorized
replacement of internal electrical components or modification of
wiring may lead to equipment damage or other unforeseeable
hazards. Please avoid the following actions:
- Opening the control box door while the power is on.
- Touching the machine or controller with wet hands.
WARNING: Operation by untrained and unauthorized personnel may
result in unknown risks. Therefore:
- Equipment operators must receive training in advance.
- Any attempt by unauthorized individuals to operate the device
must be immediately stopped.
WARNING: When the equipment is placed on an uneven floor or the
casters are not locked, there is a risk of tipping and rolling.
Therefore:
- The equipment must be installed on a level ground.
- Lock the bottom casters or tighten the corresponding fixing
screws before use.
WARNING:
When performing maintenance on electrical components, disconnect
the main power supply in advance and ensure the equipment is
de-energized before starting any operation.
- Replace fuses only with the same specified rating; never
short-circuit the fuse holder.
- If electrical components become damp or exposed to water,
metal parts of the equipment may corrode or rust, potentially
leading to short circuits in severe cases.
WARNING:
During operation, the internal system is under high temperature
and high pressure. Direct contact may result in severe burns.
- Before conducting pipeline maintenance, allow the equipment to
cool down and depressurize fully.
- Ensure the system is at normal temperature and pressure
before any intervention. |

Efficient Airflow Design for Stable Performance
The machine features a large number of ventilation openings on
the housing, forming efficient airflow paths. This design
quickly dissipates heat generated by the internal electrical
control system and heating devices, effectively preventing
performance degradation or shutdown caused by overheating. Even
under continuous high-load operation, it ensures precise and
stable temperature control. |
Emergency
Stop Switch
The emergency stop switch is a key safety device of the mold
temperature controller. Once triggered, it immediately cuts off
the main power supply to the equipment, bringing all operating
components such as the heater and pump to an instantaneous stop.
This achieves an emergency shutdown, prevents accident
escalation, and protects operator safety as well as the mold and
equipment from further damage. |
Easy Mobility and Stable Positioning
The equipment is equipped with four swivel casters on the
bottom, two of which are fitted with brake locks. This design
allows the equipment to be moved easily and flexibly to the
desired location within the workshop. Once in position, engaging
the brake locks ensures that the equipment remains stable and
stationary during operation, thereby ensuring safety and stable
performance. |

Control Panel
The PID control algorithm enables automatic adjustment of
heating and cooling intensity and duration based on the
deviation between the set target temperature and the actual
temperature, thereby achieving high-precision, low-fluctuation
temperature control. Combined with high-precision sensors and a
clear digital display, operators can intuitively view and set
temperature parameters, simplifying the operation process. This
user-centered design combines ease of operation with powerful
functionality, thereby achieving efficient management. |
Standardized Interface – Safe & Leak-Proof
The "Mold
Outlet" and "Mold Inlet"
feature industry-standard threaded connections, enabling quick
and secure assembly. These interfaces are made from robust,
durable materials and equipped with precision-machined sealing
surfaces, effectively preventing leakage at connection points.
Even under high temperature and high pressure, they ensure
long-term reliability and stable operation. |

- Oil-type mold temperature controller:
Uses heat transfer oil as the medium, suitable for higher
temperature applications.
- Heating cylinder: Made of 304 stainless
steel seamless pipe to reduce pipe resistance and rust scale.
- PID control for heating/cooling
operations to regulate the medium temperature and achieve
high-precision temperature control.
- Safety protection functions: phase loss protection, low fluid
alarm, overheat protection, overload protection, etc.
- Audible alarm and indicator lights: heating indicator light,
pump overload protection flashing indicator light, phase
reversal indicator light, low liquid level indicator light for
easy operation.
- Programmable timer: allows setting automatic start/stop time
for unattended operation. |

I. Equipment Commissioning:
1. Complete the piping and electrical connections.
2. Turn on the equipment power and check whether the parameter
settings are correct.
3. Observe whether the controller display matches the actual
output and whether all components are operating normally.
4. Run the equipment within the specified operating range for 2
to 3 hours.
5. Check whether the equipment is operating normally and whether
all data are within the normal range.
CAUTION:
Never use salt-based anti-freeze mixtures, as they are highly
corrosive and will damage the equipment!
II.
Power On/Off
1. Check that power supply is available.
2. Turn on the power switch of the control box.
3. After power-on, the system will have a delay of several
seconds. The PV display will show the software version code, and
the SV display will show the remaining delay time. When the
delay ends, the system will automatically enter the Main
Operation Interface.
4. To start: Set the desired temperature and press the "Start"
button.
5. To stop: Press the "Stop" button. |
