Steel Belt Type Oil-Water Separator

| The oil-water separator utilizes
the specific physical properties of oil and water, adopts an
annular steel strip to continuously operate to adsorb and remove
floating oil on the liquid surface, reducing water pollution
caused by grease and achieving the purpose of oil-water
separation. It can be used for pretreatment before filtration.
The annular steel strip made of special stainless steel hangs
down into the liquid tank, the grease floating on the surface of
the main liquid is absorbed onto the surface of the steel strip
according to the physical properties of surface tension and
affinity between water and oil, and the steel strip can
circularly operate to absorb the grease. It is suitable for oil
removal of machine tool water tanks and oil-containing
reservoirs, wastewater pretreatment regulation, etc. |

Note: Use a time clock to set the on/off time. It is recommended
not to operate continuously for a long time. To prolong the
service life of the motor, 24-hour continuous operation should
be avoided. |
| 1. The machine adopts
generator feedback voltage control. If motors of other brands
are used, the feedback voltage of the generators of the motors
must be adjusted accordingly.
2. To change the motor rotation
direction, simply change the jumper wires on the terminal block
at the back of the controller.
3. The motion switch only
controls the motor to start or stop, and shall not be used as a
power cut-off switch. |

1. Main Liquid: Water-soluble liquid
specific gravity ≥1.0, viscosity ≤1.0cp, and surface tension
≥70dgn/cm. 2. Removed
Grease: Oily specific gravity ≤0.9 and surface tension
≤40dgn/cm.
3. Heat and Chemical Resistance:
The grease recovery steel strip of the machine features
excellent heat and chemical resistance. However, due to the
recovery principle, the adhesive force will decrease as the
liquid temperature rises, reducing the recovery rate. Therefore,
please control the liquid temperature to be 60˚C or below and
maintain water quality within the range of PH3-11 for optimal
performance. |

Electrical Control Box
The electrical control box is dustproof, splash-proof and
oil-proof, adopts the integrated structural design and is easy
to operate and convenient to maintain. The box door is equipped
with a key lock, protecting the internal parts and reducing the
damage risk.

Control Unit
The timer, circuit breaker and speed
regulator are integrated in the control box, achieving precise
timing, safety protection and stepless speed regulation,
effectively preventing electric leakage, overloading and
misoperation and improving the operation flexibility.

Oil Scraping Plates
The oil-resistant wear-proof oil
scraping plates are designed for achieving efficient oil
removal, effectively increasing the oil removal rate and
ensuring the stable oil scraping performance. The oil scraping
plates can be easily adjusted as needed.

Steel Belt
The 6m long steel belt has excellent
heat resistance and chemical resistance, can efficiently capture
the floating oil and improves the oil absorption reliability. It
is not prone to rusting, deformation and breakage, and is easy
to clean and maintain.
|
|
1. After fixing the support at an appropriate position, secure
the main unit to the support with 3 screws.
2. When starting the machine for
commissioning, adjust the speed to the minimum value before
starting. The oil scraping plates must not press too tightly
against the steel strip. Since the oil scraping plates and steel
strip are dry without water or oil, the steel strip and the
magnetic wheel may slip (i.e., the magnetic wheel rotates but
the steel strip does not rotate). The operator can lubricate the
oil scraping end faces of the oil scraping plates with oil or
water before starting operation.
3. When there is little floating
oil on the water surface, please run the machine at a low speed
as much as possible. This will relatively reduce the water
content of the recovered floating oil. Use the time controller
for intermittent operation, as the steel strip will absorb a
small amount of water when no floating oil is absorbed.
4. Make sure the oil scraping end
faces of the oil scraping plates are completely attached to the
steel strip and should not be too loose (resulting in incomplete
oil removal) or too tight (causing the steel strip to stop
rotating and the magnetic wheel to slip). Adjust the tightness
to ensure thorough oil removal from the steel strip.
5. Protect the steel strip from
extrusion and deformation, and keep the surface clean. If the
steel strip is idle for a long time (with heavy oil stains on
the surface), remove the steel strip, clean it with detergent,
and reinstall it before reuse.
6. The steel strip is driven by
the magnetic rotating wheel. Remove any iron filings from the
magnetic wheel assembly if there are iron filings.
7. The electrical components of
the machine are of a built-in structure. The water temperature
shall not exceed 60˚C. Water vapor will shorten the service life
of the motor.
8. The oil scraping plates are
made of oil-resistant and wear-resistant rubber. Contact our
company for replacement when necessary.
9. The gearbox is filled with
high-temperature-resistant grease, which should be replaced
every three years.
