220V Digital Common Rail Injector Test
Bench with Flow-meters |
 |
| Digital Flowmeter Diesel High-Pressure
Common Rail Injector Test Bench is a special equipment dedicated
to testing and debugging the performance of high-pressure common
rail injectors. By simulating the actual working state of the
engine, it supplies high-pressure fuel to the injector, and uses
a precise flow measurement system to accurately detect key
indicators such as the injection quantity, injection uniformity
and return oil volume of the injector.
The equipment adopts a digital display
system, with intuitive and clear test data, which is convenient
for operators to observe and judge in real time. With a
reasonable overall structure design, it integrates functional
modules such as oil temperature control, pressure regulation and
speed control, which can meet the testing requirements of
different types of common rail injectors. It is widely used in
diesel fuel system maintenance stations, professional injector
maintenance centers, engine manufacturing and R&D fields, and is
an important tool for the detection and calibration of common
rail injection systems. |

1.
High-Pressure Fuel Safety
The internal
oil lines of the equipment are under high pressure during
operation. Never loosen or disconnect any fuel line connections
while the equipment is running to prevent serious injury from
high-pressure fuel injection. Fuel is flammable — keep the
operating area away from open flames and high-temperature heat
sources.
2.
Electrical Safety
Before using
the equipment, make sure the power supply is properly grounded
to avoid the risk of electric shock. Keep hands dry during
operation. Do not touch the power plug or control panel with wet
hands. When the equipment is not in use for an extended period,
turn off the main power switch.
3. Keep
Hands Clear During Operation
While the
equipment is running, never insert hands or tools into the
injector mounting station or areas with moving parts to avoid
crushing or puncture injuries. In case of any abnormality, stop
the machine immediately and cut off the power supply. Wait until
the equipment comes to a complete stop before performing any
inspection.
4.
Personal Protective Equipment
Safety
goggles must be worn during operation to protect against fuel
splashes. Protective gloves are recommended to avoid skin
contact with fuel and oil residue. The operating area should be
well-ventilated to prevent inhalation of fuel vapors.
5.
Maintenance and Care
Regularly
inspect the sealing of oil lines and the condition of the
filter. Replace filter elements promptly to maintain fuel
cleanliness. Use approved cleaning agents for equipment
cleaning; do not rinse electrical components with water. When
the equipment is not in use for an extended period, cover it to
protect from dust and store it in a dry, well-ventilated
location. |

|
Storage and Organization Design
The machine body integrates a drawer-type storage space, which
can accommodate tools, accessories and testing consumables. It
is convenient for access and storage, facilitating standardized
on-site tool management. |
Variable-frequency Electric Control System
Equipped with a variable-frequency control module and a neatly
wired electrical box, it can flexibly adjust the equipment
working conditions. The clearly arranged circuits facilitate
later maintenance and troubleshooting. |
Hydraulic Oil Monitoring Assembly
It has a built-in independent hydraulic oil tank and is equipped
with a temperature observation component, allowing intuitive
viewing of the oil temperature status. The specially designed
oil drain interface facilitates oil replacement and maintenance
operations. |

Main Power Safety Switch
An external main load disconnector is installed on the machine
body, which can quickly cut off the power of the whole machine.
It realizes power-off protection during equipment maintenance
and improves operation safety. |
Heat Dissipation and Ventilation Structure
Ventilation holes and cooling fans are arranged in multiple
positions on the machine body to accelerate internal air
circulation during operation, timely dissipate the heat
generated by equipment operation, and ensure long-term working
stability. |
Convenient Movement and Positioning
Equipped with movable casters, it is convenient for the whole
machine to be moved and transferred. The casters come with a
built-in locking structure, which can firmly fix the machine
body during equipment commissioning to prevent displacement
during operation. |
|
1. Pre-start Preparation
Check that all oil line connections are secure and
all electrical connections are in proper condition to ensure the
equipment is in good working order. Verify that the fuel level
in the tank is sufficient, and prepare the injectors to be
tested according to the test requirements.
2. Injector Installation
Install the injector to be tested into the
corresponding test station in the correct orientation, ensuring
it is securely mounted and properly sealed to prevent leakage
during the test.
3. Power-on and Parameter Setting
Connect the power supply and start the equipment.
According to the injector model and test requirements, set the
appropriate operating parameters through the control panel,
including working pressure and operating speed, to bring the
equipment into standby mode for testing.
4. Performing the Test
Start the test program. The equipment will
automatically simulate the injector's working condition, with
high-pressure fuel driving the injector operation. The operator
can read injection quantity, return flow, and pressure data
through the digital flow meter and display screen, while
observing the spray atomization pattern to evaluate whether the
injector performance meets the required standards.
5. Post-test Procedures
After testing is completed, turn off the equipment
and release residual pressure in the system. Wait until the
equipment has come to a complete stop before carefully removing
the injector. Clean the work surface and perform routine
maintenance on the equipment. |
