Driving Motors

Tape Guide Mechanism

The adhesive tape roller adopts the quick-mounting type shaft core design, allowing quick replacement of adhesive tape, greatly shortening the shutdown waiting time and adapting to the high-load assembly line operation.
　

Pressing Mechanism

The press rollers and brushes are combined to apply uniform and stable pressure to the adhesive tape, ensuring the adhesive tape is tightly stuck to the carton, avoiding bubbles, folds and warping edges and improving the carton sealing performance.

Universal Wheels

The universal wheels are adopted to allow the machine to move freely and flexibly, effectively improving the movement convenience and environmental adaptability. The machine can also be stably fixed through the brake.
　

2. Connect the machine to the 110V power supply and ensure reliable grounding.

3. Install the adhesive tape on the shaft core and guide it correctly.

4. Rotate the top handle and side handle to adjust the height and width according to the size of the carton to be sealed. Adjust the side pressing wheels to be attached to the carton.

5. Press the ON button, start the machine, place a carton on the conveyor belt and conduct trial sealing.

6. After ensuring the carton sealing effect is good, conduct normal sealing operation.

7. After all cartons are sealed, press the OFF button to stop the machine, and unplug the machine.
