(I) Grind soybean
1. Open the manual water inlet
valve on the control panel, open the tap water valve, and in the
process of adding tap water to the water tank, please observe
the water level through the glass tube on the control panel.
When the water level reaches the highest water level mark,
please close the manual water inlet valve on the control panel.
2. First, turn on the pulping
switch for 1-2 minutes, and then turn on the high body faucet
switch. While adjusting the amount of water, pour the soybeans
into the hopper. The amount of water should be adjusted to
ensure that the soybean residue discharged from the residue
outlet is loose and does not contain any pulp. After pulping is
completed, turn off the high body faucet, and then let the
grinder grind in a no-load mode for 3-5 minutes before turning
it off to ensure the service life of the grinder. (Never add
soybeans before adding water, otherwise the motor will be
damaged and our company will not provide warranty treatment.)
(II) Boil and discharge
soybean milk
1. Close the soybean milk barrel
cover.
2. Connect the power supply and
gas source, press the heating switch, adjust the thermostat to
110˚C, and the heating indicator light will be on. At this
point, the machine starts heating.
3. In the heating process, it is
necessary to check whether the water level is normal through the
glass tube on the control panel (the water level must reach the
highest water level mark). If the water level is lower than the
lowest water level mark, the operator must replenish the tap
water to the water level higher than the lowest water level
mark.
4. After boiling the soybean
milk, put the white sugar (add other ingredients if necessary)
into the soybean milk storage barrel in proportion, put the
container under the milk outlet, and slowly open the milk outlet
valve to discharge the soybean milk.
(III) Cleaning and shutdown
After soybean milk in the machine
is discharged completely, the machine can be cleaned according
to the following requirements:
1. Pulping machine: (Clean it
every time or on the day when there is no continuous grinding.)
Open the grinding cover, remove the residue, and if necessary,
remove the filter screen for thorough cleaning. After cleaning,
restore the electric grinder and hopper, press the motor switch
to grind in a no-load state for 1-2 minutes, and then stop the
machine.
2. Soybean milk boiling barrel
and steam outlet pipe inside the barrel: (Clean it every three
times or every time when there is no continuous grinding or on
the day when grinding is not done any more.) Remove the steam
outlet pipe, clean the soybean milk boiling barrel with water,
unclog the upper small hole in the pipe, clean and dry it, and
then install it.
3. Shutdown: After completing the
above work, turn off the power switch, close the milk outlet
valve, high body faucet, and water inlet valve, open the drain
valve and drain the water from the steam drum.
4. Warning: The equipment
(whole machine) must not be directly cleaned with water spray
pipes to avoid the phenomenon that the electrical appliance gets
wet to cause electrical leakage.
5. Warning: When opening the
pot lid, pay attention to the high-temperature steam to prevent
scalds.
6. Warning: Operating
requirements for pressure relief safety valves: A gravity
type pressure relief safety valve is installed on the machine,
and it is a steam discharge control channel. Be sure to remember
not to press or block it arbitrarily. It is also not suggested
to use external pipelines to discharge from the room. It should
be noted that non-standard connection of external pipelines may
cause condensation water blockage or ice blockage of outdoor
exhaust ports in winter, and accidents should be avoided.
