1. Electrical safety:
▲.It is strictly prohibited to use non 110V/60Hz power
supplies, modify power cords or use damaged
sockets without authorization, to prevent electric shock, short
circuits and other dangers.
▲.When the equipment is running, it is forbidden to
operate the power switch or frequency converter
controller with wet hands, and it is forbidden to touch the
power interface.
2. Operating standards:
▲.Never exceed the maximum load capacity(220kg).
Overloading can cause machine failure and serious personal
injury.
▲.Always ensure the drum is securely fastened to the
rollers before starting the machine to prevent it from slipping
or being ejected.
▲.During the operation of the equipment, it is strictly
prohibited to open the discharge port or any part of
the body near the drum to prevent injury caused by entanglement.
▲.If there are abnormal vibrations, noise, odors, etc.
during operation, immediately turn off the power
switch, stop the equipment from running, check the cause of the
fault, and only restart after trouble-
shooting.
3. Maintenance and upkeep:
▲.Check the lubrication of the drum bearings once a
month. If the bearings are dry, add an appropriate
amount of high-temperature resistant grease.
▲.Every quarter, professional personnel inspect the
electrical circuits and frequency conversion controller
performance of the equipment to ensure its normal operation. |

(1) Preparation before use
1. Power connection: Confirm that the power supply voltage is
110V/60Hz, insert the device power cord
into a well grounded socket, check that the plug is in close
contact with the socket, and there is no loose-ness or virtual
connection.
2. Material preparation: Control the total amount of materials
to be mixed to no more than 80% of the
drum capacity (i.e. 160L), to avoid affecting the mixing effect
or damaging the equipment due to exces-
sive materials.
3. Equipment inspection: Check the appearance of the drum for
any damage or deformation, and there are no residual debris
inside. Confirm that the speed control knob of the variable
frequency controller is in the 0 position to prevent excessive
speed during equipment startup.
(2) Mixed operation
1. Start the device: Turn the power switch upwards to power on
the device, and the display screen of the variable frequency
controller will light up.
2. Set the speed: According to the material characteristics and
mixing requirements, slowly rotate the
speed control knob of the variable frequency controller to set
the appropriate speed.
3. Start mixing: After setting the speed, the equipment drum
automatically starts rotating to mix the
materials. During the mixing process, the speed can be observed
in real time through the display screen.If adjustment is needed,
the variable frequency controller knob can be rotated at any
time.
4. Mixing timing: Set the mixing time based on material
characteristics and mixing experience. In general, it takes 5-15
minutes to complete the mixing of ordinary materials; Special
materials or mixtures that require high uniformity can be
extended up to 30 minutes. After mixing is complete, turn down
the power switch to stop the device from running.
(3) Unloading and Cleaning
1. Unloading: After the equipment is completely stopped, open
the drum unloading port and pour the
mixed materials into the designated container. When unloading,
be careful to avoid material spillage and
maintain a clean working environment.
2. Cleaning: After unloading, use a dry soft cloth or brush to
clean the residual materials inside the drum
to ensure that there is no material accumulation. If deep
cleaning is required, neutral detergent can be
used in combination with a damp cloth to wipe, then rinse with
clean water, dry and close the discharge
port. |
