The steel plate beveling machine
is a welding and cutting auxiliary device for various welding
manufacturing industries, such as shipbuilding, metallurgy and
steel structures. Compared with other beveling methods, it has

especially suitable for stainless steel difficult to process and
high-strength steel materials, can greatly reduce the workload

Note: The
machine is suitable for processing iron, cast iron, aluminum,
stainless steel, alloy steel and other metal materials except

1. All
electrical or electronic repairs or adjustments must be carried
out by trained professional electrical personnel.
2. The power switch must be cut off before dismantling or
replacing the electric appliance.
3. The tool should be made of insulating materials.
4. Prohibit placing other articles on the electric box or the
operating panel.
5. Before the power is switched on, it must be confirmed that no
one else does the work on the machine.
6. Never touch the switch or electrical component with a wet
hand.
7. Do not use the machine outdoors when it is wet. Otherwise it
will cause the machine to break down and cause damage, leading
to serious casualties.
8. In the process of operation, be sure to wear protective
equipment (goggles, safety shoes, etc.) and so on. |

1. The feed torque is further
enhanced, and the machining performance is more stable.
2. The beveling angle processed by the machine can be adjusted
arbitrarily between 30° and 60°.
3. Operation is simple and easy to learn, and ordinary workers
can operate multiple units.
4. The maximum bevel width can be 18mm, and the beveling effect
is better.
5. The milling processing method ensures the bevel surface is
smooth, and the stainless steel bevels can be directly welded
without pickling.
6. The machine is suitable for processing small and medium-sized
plates, and is low in material consumption.
7. The cold machining mode is free of smoke and sparks, the
characteristic of the processed material cannot be changed, and

Control Box
The control box integrates the speed regulator, the power switch
and the feed switch, effectively achieving precision control
over the start, stop, feed and speed, and well adapting to
different processing requirements of various materials.

Feed Depth Adjusting Handle
The handle is designed for adjusting the feed depth freely to
form different bevel sizes as needed. Adjustment is easy and
convenient, the adaptation is higher, and the handle meets the
ergonomic standards and is user-friendly.

Angle Ruler
The beveling angle can be freely adjusted within the range of
30-60 degrees according to the processing demands, the
adjustment can be easily achieved through the lock nuts, and the
scale marks of the angle ruler are accurate and clear.

Feed Mechanism
The high-quality feed motor is adopted to drive the feed
mechanism to operate during beveling, the beveling operation is
stable and reliable, the beveling quality can be greatly
improved, and the feed process is smooth and successful.

| Cutter
The high-performance beveling cutter is equipped with multiple
blades, the blades are high in quality, low in cost and easy to
replace and maintain, the bevel forming effect can be well
guaranteed, and the practicability is higher.

Transformer
The high-quality transformer is provided for the customer, and
can convert the 220V 3-phase power into the 380V 3-phase power
for the machine, facilitating efficient operation of the machine
and saving time and labor.

1.
Loosen the screw of the press wheel, place the workpiece
approximately 5mm away from the cutting edge, then press it
tightly and tighten the screw.
2. Loosen the bolts of the angle ruler, adjust it to the
specified angle, and then lock it securely.
3. Turn on the power switch and activate the auto-feed button to
make the workpiece advance. Tool setting is completed once the
blade touches the workpiece. Perform sequential beveling by
adjusting the feed depth and height until the specified beveling
requirements are met. (During cutting, the speed should not be
too fast. Monitor the wear of the blade and replace it
promptly.) |
