1. The operator should stand safe
distance from the machine when operating, to avoid the steel
stub bar swing and hurting.
2. The operator should not wear gloves when operating, to avoid
the stub bar hookup the gloves and take it into the guide tube.
3. The gear oil in reducer should be changed every 3 months, the
link chain and external gear should not work when lack of
lubricating grease.
4. The machine must have ground connection when running.
5. Always disconnect the power supply after use. Regularly clean
out iron scraps and dust from the machine to maintain the
equipment. |

1. Every time before use, add motor oil
on link chain and add grease on external gear, check if the
reducer is lack of oil. Check whether the fasten parts are loose
and fasten. Power on and test run, check motor direction,
confirm it correct and start running.
2. Choose the right rotation direction of pull roll, make sure
the steel bar running on right direction.
3. When working, make at least 400mm length straight at the
steel bar head(if there is a hook at the head, cut it through
the cutting part), so that the steel bar can go through the
guide tube smoothly to the pull roll. Insert the steel bar to
the proper guide tube according the diameter of steel bar, the
bar will go forward under the traction of pull roll and be
straightened, then it will go out the machine through feeding
roll, can be reused.
4. If the steel bar straightness is not proper, you can adjust
the back and forth guide tubes, make them in one line with
passing grooves on pull roll and feeding roll. The pressure and
tight degree of pull roll should be proper, if too tight, the
steel bar will be pressed flat; if too loose, the steel bar easy
to slip and will not be straightened. |
