● It is strictly forbidden to burn
flammable and explosive materials.It is strictly prohibited to
process toxic, hazardous, or highly corrosive materials.
● New crystallization furnace, or a long time unused
crystallization furnace, before the normal use of waste
zirconium block sintering 1-2 times in order to eliminate the
moisture inside the furnace to ensure the effect of zirconia
crystal.
● Always heat the furnace slowly and follow the recommended
heating rate precisely.
● To protect the furnace from cleaning and intact, use a
suitable sintering pan.
● The electric furnace uses a special high-purity electric
heating wire. Post-maintenance replacement, in order to ensure
the sintering effect, please use the original accessories.
● It is forbidden to disassemble the furnace and distribution
box of the electric furnace at will to avoid the circuit
failure.
● It is recommended that the temperature of the electric furnace
be cooled to below 300 degrees and then open the door, otherwise
the cold air causes a thermal shock to the refractory material
or causes the lining to crack.
● Check the temperature of the electrical control part of the
temperature control system is good.
● The input power shall not exceed the rated power, the furnace
temperature shall not exceed the rated temperature. |

I. Preparation Before Operation
1. Inspect the Furnace: Ensure the chamber is clean and free of
any foreign objects or residue from previous experiments.
2. Load the Sample: Place the sample into a high-temperature
resistant crucible or container. Then, gently position it in the
center of the chamber. Ensure the sample does not touch the
heating elements.
3. Close the Door: Securely close the furnace door to ensure a
proper seal.
II. Startup and Operation
4. Power On: Connect the furnace to the power supply (110V). A
green indicator light will illuminate, signifying that power is
on.
5. Set Program: On the digital controller, set your desired
temperature program, including the heating rate, target
temperature, and holding time. For simple requirements, it can
be set to heat directly to the target temperature.
6. Start Operation: After completing the settings, press the
"Turn-On" button to engage the circuit. Then, press the "RUN"
button on the controller to initiate the programmed heating
cycle.
7. Monitoring: It is advisable to monitor the furnace during the
initial heating phase or when running a new program to ensure
normal operation.
III. Shutdown and Unloading
8. Program Completion: When the program ends, "Stop" will
appear, and the furnace will automatically stop heating.
9. Critical Safety Step - Natural Cooling: NEVER open the door
while the furnace is hot! The furnace must be allowed to cool
down naturally to near room temperature (e.g., below 100°C).
Rapid cooling can damage the chamber and cause severe burns.
10. After the furnace has cooled to room temperature, press the
"Turn-Off" button to disconnect the circuit, then switch off the
main "Lock" power switch.
11. Unload the Sample: Wearing high-temperature gloves,
carefully open the door and remove the sample.
Important Safety Warning:
Always wear safety glasses and high-temperature gloves during
operation.
