the power supply meets the electric requirements of the machine
and is reliably grounded.
2. Regularly check and replace the state of
hydraulic oil to ensure normal operation of the machine.
3. Do not touch the running parts during
operation.
Do not put
the hands into the machine.
Do not
allow people or objects to be located next to the running parts
of the machine.
4. Do not start the machine when the molds
are not fixed or not aligned.
5. Place the workpiece in the center to avoid
eccentric loading.
6. Do not exceed the rated load capacity and
nominal pressure during operation.
7. Wear protective devices such as
anti-smashing shoes, protective gloves and goggles.

Motor
The

Hydraulic
Station
The
hydraulic oil for the hydraulic system is stably stored in the
oil tank, and the oil tank has a large capacity of 8L, ensuring
the hydraulic system has the sufficient oil to circulate. The
oil tank can also assist in heat dissipation to keep the oil at
the appropriate working temperature. |

Manual Direction Valve
The
manual direction valve is simple in structure, high
anti-interference capacity and low in fault rate. It can
flexibly adapt to special working conditions and can stably work
in the severe environments at high temperature, dust, vibration,
etc. |

Control Switch
The control switch adopts the flip cover
structural design, effectively enhancing the operation safety
and reducing the possibility of accidental operation. The flip
cover shell is resistant to dust, water and dirt and well adapts
to different workshop environments.

Pressure Gauge
The
pressure gauge can clearly display and monitor the pressure in
real time, allows the operator to quickly judge the current
working state, provides safety guarantee and fault early warning

The
die assembly adopts the modular design, quickly adapting to
different workpieces to be processed. The die assembly has high
structural strength, long service life and a good forming
effect. It is also compatible with multiple working procedures. |

Notes |

1.
Before using, please ensure the
rotating direction of oil pump is consistent with the label
mark.
NOTE: REVERSE
ROTATION IS FORBIDDEN.
2.
Fill 32# or 46# hydraulic oil into
the pump.
3.
Oil measure is up to the stipulations.
4.
When changing the oil, make sure the oil is clean (The
replacement period is 6 months.)
5.
The working temperature is 10-50˚C.
6.
Before starting the pump, please put the directional valve
handle to the center position.
7.
During usage, if it is found that the temperature is too high,
the machine should stop till it is cool.
8.
The machine is adjusted to the proper pressure before leaving
the factory, if you want to change it, be sure not to exceed its
capacity.
9.
It is forbidden to press with no
load, and when the piston rod is on the up dead position. |

Operation
Method |
|
1. Check whether all parts and
systems are intact, and ensure the hydraulic system,
electrical system and die assembly can work normally.
2. Connect the machine to the 220V
3-phase power supply with reliable grounding.
3. Press the start button, run
without load for a few minutes, and observe the working
states of the pressure gauge and hydraulic power unit.
4. Place the workpiece on the
workbench and fix it tightly.
5. Start the machine and process the
workpiece normally.
6. After completing the operation, turn
off the machine and clean the machine thoroughly. |
