| The kinematic viscometer is a
professional detection device designed and manufactured in
accordance with GB/T265 and ASTMD445 and is mainly used for determining the
kinematic viscosity of liquid petroleum products (lubricating
oil, petroleum, pitch, etc.) at the constant temperature. It
integrates comprehensive determination of Ostwald/Ubbelohde
kinematic viscosity and features
high-precision temperature control, high-definition touch
screen, bulk-storage memory, high-performance MCU, four-channel
testing and thermal printing. It is equipped with four
experimental ports, allowing simultaneous testing of four sets
of samples. By using high-performance ARM platforms, it boasts a
high degree of intelligence and an attractive interface. As a core analysis tool, the
kinematic viscometer can be widely applied to the fields of
petrochemical engineering, food, printing, textile, scientific
research, etc. |

required by the manufacturer, the protection provided by the
instrument itself may be weakened.
3. Handle all solutions used
in the analysis carefully in accordance with laboratory safety
regulations. Refer to the safety data sheet of the corresponding
substances. Wear protective equipment such as lab coats, masks
and rubber gloves during operation. Handle hot reagents
carefully to avoid burns.
4. The device is equipped with
a dedicated grounding power plug to prevent electric shock. The
socket used must be properly grounded.
5. Only qualified personnel
can open the cover and panel.
6. Pull out the power plug
when changing the fuse or opening the lid.
7. Make sure the solution does
not come into contact with the power interface and internal
electrical parts.
8. When the instrument fails,
please contact the after-sales personnel in time. |

The high-speed thermal printer is adopted to clearly print the

Place the instrument steadily on the operating table, and leave
the enough space around it for accessories and operation.
2. Place the water bath in the
designated position of the main water bath, and place the lid on
the water bath.
3. Connect the water bath lid to
the main unit connection line, please confirm the connection is
stable.
4. Add the water bath medium. It
is recommended to use water as the water bath medium at the
temperature of 50˚C or below, and use mineral oil, glycerin and
so on at the temperature of above 50˚C.
5. Connect the power cable, turn
on the power and start the test. |
