| The 304 stainless steel screw
conveyor uses a motor-driven rotating helical screw blade to
move powdery, granular or small-lump materials continuously
along a U-shaped trough. The entire machine is constructed from
food-grade 304 stainless steel, offering corrosion resistance,
easy cleaning, compact structure and stable operation. The
conveyor employs a cycloidal pinwheel reducer (gear reducer) for
power transmission, featuring a large reduction ratio, high
transmission efficiency, smooth operation and low noise. The 3kW
motor combined with the screw blade pushing system provides
reliable performance for medium-capacity continuous conveying
operation. The screw conveyor is widely used in the food
processing, chemical, feed and other industries. |

| 1. Feed materials uniformly
and continuously to avoid inlet blockage.
2. Never open the cover plate or
insert hands into the trough during operation.
3. If abnormal noise,
vibration, or excessive temperature rise is detected, stop
immediately for inspection.
4. Do not allow metal, stones
or other hard foreign objects to enter with the material.
5. Do not exceed the rated
capacity to prevent motor overload.
6. The machine is not suitable
for: high-viscosity paste materials, strongly corrosive
chemicals, high-temperature materials (above 80˚C), long-fiber
materials prone to entanglement, and large hard lumps. |

Driving Motor
The 3-phase 3KW motor is firm and durable in structure, low in
fault rate and high in reliability, has high starting torque and
load capacity, and can easily adapt to the heavy-load working
condition during conveying. It has good environmental
adaptability and high compatibility.

Cycloidal Pinwheel Reducer
The reducer has a high reduction
ratio and high transmission efficiency, is good in energy saving
effect and excellent in impact resistance and is not prone to
damage even when material blockage and heavy-load impact occur.

Helical Blade
The stainless steel helical blade is
resistant to wear and corrosion, is free of precipitation and
heavy metal pollution and meets the conveying requirements of
different materials. It is smooth, free of burrs, and easy to

U-shaped Trough
The U-shaped trough is firm and
durable, easy to clean and disinfect and resistant to corrosion
and rust, can effectively prevent the materials from overflowing
in the conveying process and can bear the material weight and
helical operation vibration stably.

Material Outlet
The
material outlet adopts a direct-through type large-diameter
discharging structure, allowing the materials to be discharged
smoothly and quickly, reducing the material blockage risk and
adapting to different materials and various working conditions.

Cover Plate
The stainless
steel cover plate is detachably installed on the top of the
trough, can prevent dust and impurities from entering the trough
while protecting the operator from accidents and injuries. It is
sturdy, durable, and easy to replace and clean.

I. Pre-Start Checklist
1. Verify correct power
connection and reliable grounding.
2. Check all fasteners for
looseness.
3. Confirm the cover plates are
installed and bolts are tight.
4. Ensure inlet and outlet ports
are unobstructed.
5. Confirm no personnel or
obstacles in the equipment area.
II. Start-Up & Operation
1. Turn on the power switch and
confirm the indicator light is on.
2. Press the start button, the
motor drives the reducer, and the screw blades begin rotating.
3. Observe the running condition,
and confirm no abnormal noise or vibration.
4. Feed materials uniformly into
the inlet, and avoid large instantaneous feeding.
5. During operation, monitor the
discharge to ensure smooth material flow.
III. Shutdown Procedure
1. Stop feeding materials into
the inlet.
2. Wait until the trough is empty
of materials, and then press the stop button.
3. Turn off the power switch.
4. For extended shutdown, clean
away residual materials from the trough.
