Attention

I. Machine installation

1. The machine should be placed in a flat and no-shaking position, and the horizontal adjustment screw of the base of the machine should be used to adjust the horizontal position of the machine to prevent the conveyor belt from running off.

2. Avoid installing the machine near the iron workbench, shelves, and iron that will shake.

3. Avoid installing the machine near electromagnetic fields of other machines, such as clutches, motors, inverters, sewing machines, cutting machines, packaging machines, air conditioners, electric fans, air compressors and or other parts of electromagnetic generating parts of electric machines!

4. Keep the machine away from trains, cars, forklifts or other places where large pieces of metal move.

II. Machine Use

1. The operation and use of the machine must be a licensed person who has been trained to be qualified.

2. Before the machine is turned on, it must be tested and corrected to ensure that the machine is in normal working condition before the goods can be inspected. Non-user maintenance personnel are prohibited from opening the machine.

3. A magnetic field may be emitted when the machine is working. It is strictly forbidden for the operator to carry and wear metal jewelry to work, such as mobile phones, watches and rings, so as to avoid false alarm.

4. When inspecting the goods, it should be handled with care to avoid throwing the goods onto the machine to cause false alarms.

5. Please keep the probe part clean to prevent metal from sticking inside the probe to avoid false alarm.

6. The deviation of the conveyor belt should be observed frequently, and the conveyor belt must be cleaned and maintained at least once a week.

7. During operation, do not put hands or other objects into the machine to avoid accidents.

III. Machine maintenance

1. Conveyor belt cleaning

Keep the surface and back of the conveyor belt clean!

Step: When scrubbing the conveyor belt, adjust the sensitivity of the machine to the lowest position, prepare the water, put a small amount of detergent, clean a towel, wet it and wring out, and wipe the surface.

After the surface is wiped clean, the towel is washed and penetrated with the bottom, (as shown) tighten the ends, pull the towel out after running the machine for 3-5 weeks, repeat the above steps for several times until there is no dirt, then adjust the sensitivity back to the appropriate level. 2. Maintenance of machine

Observe the indicator light on the probe or display, if the indicator light does not light up to the warning line, it means that the conveyor belt is cleaned successfully! Finally, test the sensitivity of the machine with a test card (block), and continue to use it after confirming that it is correct.

When the machine is not in use, please cover the machine with a dust cover to avoid dust!

Operation Method

(I) Preparation before starting

1. Environment Inspection: Ensure the machine is placed on a flat area without electromagnetic interference. Adjust the machine to a horizontal state to prevent the conveyor belt from deviation.

2. Power and Air Supply: Connect to the 110V power supply and clean compressed air. Confirm the air pressure is stable at 0.4-0.6MPa.

3. Component Inspection: Clean the surfaces of the conveyor belt and detection probe to ensure there are no metal impurities. Check that the emergency stop button and alarm indicator light are in normal condition.

(II) Startup and Parameter Setting

1. Machine Starting: Reset the emergency stop button, and then press the start button to start the machine.

2. Product Parameter Selection: Use the touch screen to select the preset parameters corresponding to the product category.

(III) Operation and Detection

1. Test Run: Place a standard metal-free sample for testing to confirm no false alarms occur, then place a test sample with a standard metal block to verify that the alarm and rejection functions work normally (the red light flashes and the rejection device activates).

2. Formal Detection: Place products evenly on the conveyor belt (avoid stacking or throwing). The machine will automatically detect each product, and the rejection device will automatically remove unqualified products when metal foreign objects are detected.

(IV) Shutdown and Maintenance

1. Shutdown Procedure: Stop feeding, wait for the conveyor belt to clear, then press the stop button to stop the machine, and disconnect the power supply and air supply.

2. Daily Cleaning: Wipe the conveyor belt and detection probe with a piece of clean cloth.
