2. It is strictly forbidden to operate the platform on the unstable ground, especially the ground with hollow and uneven ground.

3. When overhauling the work platform, it must be shut down for overhauling.

4. It is strictly forbidden to use the work platform as a welding ground wire.

5. Lifting operation is strictly prohibited when the wind power at the workplace is greater than the level 5 or above.

6. It is strictly forbidden to operate the platform in thundery days.

7. It is strictly forbidden to move the equipment or fold the outriggers during lifting operations with objects and people.

8. Do not lift before the outriggers are unfolded and adjusted to be level.

9. It is strictly forbidden to sit, stand or climb over the edge of the working bucket.

Controllers

Motor

Guardrail

Scissor Mechanism

The scissor mechanism has high yield strength and excellent fatigue resistance, can bear the load of 500kg stably and is not prone to deformation. Multiple scissor forks are hinged to ensure the platform is kept level all the time, effectively avoiding the tilt and rollover risks.
　

Support Legs

The support legs are combined to form a four-point independent support structure, and are adjustable in height and extending region, effectively supporting the platform, perfectly adapting to the uneven ground and greatly improving the stability and reliability of the platform.
　

Tires

The large-sized tires have high load capacity, are resistant to impact and fatigue, can well meet the towing and pushing demands, achieves convenient movement and transfer. The tires have excellent vibration absorption, and can easily move on the uneven road.
　

1. Inspection:
When the platform is used for the first time (after long-distance transportation or long-term placement), the hydraulic pipeline and electrical system should be carefully checked to ensure that the hydraulic pipeline and joints are free of leakage and the electrical circuit is not loose before use.

2. Extend the outriggers:
The outriggers should be fully extended to the baffle positions, and supported on the solid ground. If necessary, sleepers can be used, and the outrigger screw rods can be used to adjust the outriggers to the level.
Warning: Do not use the platform before the outriggers are extended completely.

3. Test run:
(1) Press the ‘up’ control button on the control handle below the platform, release the ‘up’ button when it rises to the height of about 5 meters, and check whether the hydraulic pipeline, joints and electrical circuit have leakage, scratches and pressing phenomenon, make sure that the platform is vertical (visual inspection can be done), and then continue to lift to the maximum height of the platform. This step must be repeated when the platform is used for the first time or when the locations change.
(2) Press the ‘drop’ control button of the platform control handle, and the platform will descend.

4. Lifting operation:
After the platform has undergone the trial run for 1-3 times, the lifting and lowering work can be carried out after confirming that there is no abnormality.
(1) When the platform is loaded with cargo, the center of gravity of the cargo should be in the center of the workbench surface, and it is forbidden to move the cargo during lifting and lowering of the platform.
(2) When the platform is loaded with people, the movable door of the guardrail of the workbench must be tightly locked to ensure that people and objects do not fall down, and it is forbidden to walk or shake during lifting and lowering of the platform.
(3) When the platform stops at a certain height, the ‘stop’ button of the ‘triple’ control handle on the workbench must be pressed to lock the platform to prevent misoperation below the platform.
(4) After the operation is completed, press the ‘drop’ control button and the platform will descend to the original height, press the stop control button, disconnect the power supply connected to the platform, retract the outriggers and store the platform properly.
