Attention

1. Before operation, the machine needs to be connected with the air compressor and the 110V power supply with reliable grounding.

2. Before pulling out the hose in the mold replacement process, press down the blue edge at the connector, and then pull out the hose, otherwise the connector will be damaged.

3. The larger the value displayed on the dough supply speed regulator is, the higher the dough supply speed is. The knob is used for adjusting the dough supply speed.

4. Please turn on the cake pressing switch, the conveyor switch, the dough supply speed regulator and the knife switch when starting the whole machine.

5. If there is any deviation in dough weight, please adjust the front-and-rear position of the sensor.

Dough Feeding Hopper

Operation Method

1. Connect the machine to the air compressor and the 110V power supply with reliable grounding.

2. Check all parts of the machine to ensure the machine can work normally.

3. Feed dough into the dough hopper, and turn on the cake pressing switch, the conveyor switch, the dough supply speed regulator and the knife switch to start the machine.

4. After use, turn off all the switches, disconnect the power supply and clean the machine thoroughly.
