| The planetary vacuum mixer is a
professional stirring device specially designed for laboratory
research and development and pilot-scale slurry preparation. It
integrates vacuum degassing, dual-shaft planetary mixing and
high-speed dispersion to prepare high-quality and high-stability
slurries. It is equipped with a 150ml stainless steel mixing
tank and a planetary double-shaft mixing system, greatly
improving the mixing efficiency and quality. The vacuum mixer is

| 1. Ensure the power supply
conforms to the power requirements of the machine, and reliable
grounding is achieved.
2. Ensure the vacuum degree is
stable within the specified range, and the mixing system is in
good condition.
3. Overload operation is
strictly prohibited. Do not mix flammable, explosive and highly
corrosive materials.
4. During operation, do not
touch the running parts, and do not put hands or tools into the
machine.
5. Do not forcibly open the
mixing tank in the vacuum state. Ensure the pressure is relieved
before opening the mixing tank.
6. During operation, wear
protective gloves, goggles and other protective equipment to
avoid accidents.
7. Non-professionals are
prohibited from disassembling or modifying the machine. |

Touch Screen
The PLC touch screen is designed for clearly displaying multiple
parameters, supporting multi-stage speed and time setting and
achieving real-time monitoring of the running state. It has
stable and reliable performance and interference resistance.

Mixing Tank
The 150ml stainless steel mixing
tank cooperates with the double-shaft planetary mixing paddle to
form the stable mixing flow field, maximizing the dispersion
efficiency, shortening the slurry mixing time and improving the
uniform mixing effect.

Bracket
The bracket can effectively secure
and quickly release the mixing tank through the manual spring
locking handle, operation is easy and convenient, the labor

resistant to shock and impact, provides stable and accurate
readings can accurately monitor the vacuum degree and ensure the

| 1.
Connect the machine to the 110V power supply with reliable
grounding.
2. Add appropriate materials into
the mixing tank, place the mixing tank onto the bracket and fix
it.
3. Turn on the power switch, set
the mixing speed and time on the touch screen as needed.
4. Click on the start key, and
the machine starts vacuumizing and mixing the materials.
5. After operation, click on the
stop key, and conduct pressure relief operation.
6. Turn off the power switch,
descend the bracket, and take down the mixing tank. |
