2. Do not touch the running parts during operation.
    Do not put the hands into the machine.
    Do not allow people or objects to be located next to the running parts of the machine.
    Do not disassemble the machine during operation.

3. Be sure to turn off the power before opening the machine door, repairing the machine or replacing parts.

4. Only authorized personnel can be allowed to operate the machine.

5. Please clean and maintain the machine regularly.

6. There is no power plug on the power cord. Please let the professional electrician conduct wiring operation. Please ensure reliable grounding.

7. To ensure safety, it is strictly forbidden to open the case at will.

8. Wear protective equipment before operation.

Control Panel

The control panel is of a compact structure, integrates the voltage meters, current meter, control switches, pressure gauge and connectors, ensures the parameter visualization, function partitioning and operation safety and effectively improves the operation convenience and technological stability.

　

The lifting rings are designed on the top of the spraying machine and subjected to forging and galvanization, ensuring impact and corrosion resistance, adapting to the complex working environments, guaranteeing the lifting safety and transportation reliability and improving the maintenance convenience.
　

Air Vents

The multiple air vents are designed for efficient heat dissipation during operation, the internal parts can be well protected from aging and burnout, and the continuous working time and the service life can be well prolonged. The air vents can also prevent dust and other things from entering the machine.
　

The moving wheel adopts the cast iron hub + rubber wheel face structure, is 250mm in diameter, has high load bearing capacity, and effectively avoids deformation and cracking. The moving wheels are flexible to move and can allow the machine to move to various working environments quickly and stably.
　

The universal wheels have high strength and toughness and can stably support the whole machine during operation. The steering is flexible, 360˚ rotation can be achieved, and the moving stability and steering flexibility are well improved. The universal wheels are wearproof and antiskid, and well reduces the vibration.
　

There are complete accessories for the spraying machine. The pull spray gun can be combined with the spraying machine to achieve high-quality and high-efficiency spraying operation, and has the advantages of stable wire feeding, excellent atomization and flexible operation. The wire rack ensures smooth wire feeding.
　

After all the related parts are OK, connect every part and confirm no any wrong, please do as the following processes:

A. Have a test running
1) Offer the compressed air, turn on the total power switch on the control board, the electric light is on, the input voltmeter will show the voltage, and the phase voltmeter won't work.
2) Turn the switch of the spray gun to the feed wire side to check the feed wire motor running situation, and adjust the adjust wire speed potentiometer to make the feed wire voltage is about 15V.
3) Turn the switch of the spray gun to the spraying side, the 3 indicator lights about spraying all will be on, and the gun will spray the compressed air. Then adjust the spraying voltage through the adjust voltage switches to achieve the idea voltage.
4) Turn the switch of the spray gun to the stop side to stop the test running.
Notice: The switch means "turn on", it also means "turn off".

B. Start to spray
1) Feed the metal wires, and adjust the feed wire wheel's pressure.
If the metal wire is soft, the feed wire wheel's pressure cannot be too big, or the wires will be bend.
2) Turn the switch of the spray gun on the control board or the spray gun's handle to the spraying side, start to spray.

If you use the machine for the first time, please check every preset parameters, and then operate it.
