Attention |
1. Please close the fire door of
the microwave chemical reactor. When the fire door is not
closed, the magnetron does not work, and there is no microwave
output.
2. It is strictly prohibited to start microwave heating without
any load or micro-load in the reactor chamber, so as not to
damage the magnetron.
3. The microwave reactor should be placed horizontally to avoid
that the magnetic stirrer cannot work properly.
4. Please do not put metal items into the chamber to avoid metal
ignition.
5. Please do not use corrosive and volatile chemical solvents to
clean the reactor body, so as not to damage the body.
6. When doing micro or semi-micro experiments, because the
carrier cannot completely absorb all microwaves, the microwave
feedback excitation cavity will cause damage to the magnetron.
Please place other items in the chamber to absorb the
microwaves.
7. When the microwave reactor is working, if it is found that
the displayed temperature has abnormal fluctuations and other
abnormal conditions occur, please do not use it again, and
timely contact the supplier.
8. It is strictly prohibited to only place the dry powder in the
instrument. When the dry powder experiment must be done, a half
of beaker of glycerin can be placed in the reactor. |

1. Microwave continuous output mode:
It ensures the microwave exists all the time in the experiment
process, and overcomes the adverse effects of the pulse
microwave on the experiment.
2. Microcomputer adaptive PID regulation technology: It can
effectively overcome the occurrence of overshoot, flexibly adapt
to different operating environment and keep temperature control
accuracy constant.
3. PT100 temperature sensor coated with PTFE: It is directly
inserted into the reaction system to acquire the temperature of
the reaction material. The reliable shielding device can
effectively eliminate the self-heating effect and the
electromagnetic wave interference, so the data acquisition is
more reliable. PTFE can effectively resist corrosion caused by
acid, alkali, organic solution.
4. Multi-segment working modes: The 30-segment temperature
control is adopted to ensure the optimal state of the reactor.
5. Safe chain switch: In any case, when the reactor door is
opened, the microwave radiation will stop, and the safety of the
user can be ensured.
6. Magnetron overheat protection function: When the too long
operation time or abnormal condition leads to high temperature
of the magnetron, the microwave chemical reactor can
automatically cut off the magnetron power supply to avoid the
damage of magnetron.
7. Built-in magnetic agitator: The speed of mixing is steplessly
adjustable.
8. Open type reaction system: Users can add standard port
reaction containers (volume 100-500ml) and condensing reflux,
dripping and rehydration devices according to the reaction
conditions required by the process. It is equipped with a
protective gas feeding inlet.
9. Air and smoke exhaust: The microwave chemical reactor has the
function of exhausting air and smoke.

Operation
Method |
1. Place the chemical
material that needs to react in the microwave chamber.
Place the temperature sensor in the reactant. When the
stirring is needed, put the agitator into it. Place a
proper amount of glycerol in the micro reaction. If the
condensing recovery and gas protection are needed, the
corresponding accessories are installed.
2. Connect the power supply of the microwave chemical
reactor, turn on the power switch and the power
indicator light is on.
3. Open magnetic agitator. Rotate the knob to adjust the
speed.
4. Set the reaction temperature, close the reactor door
and press the RUN key to start running.
5. After the end of the operation, press the stop key to
close the microwave output, turn off the magnetic
agitator and the power switch, open the door and
carefully remove the reactant. |
