| The Dried Fruit Dicing Machine
is a versatile food processing device designed for dicing and
slicing various dried fruits and vegetables. It is suitable for
processing dried blueberries, cranberries, kiwi slices, dried
mango, mulberries, dried dates, and other preserved fruits, as
well as fresh leafy vegetables (such as cabbage, spinach) and
root vegetables (such as cucumber, radish).
The machine features a body made of
SUS304 stainless steel, meeting food hygiene and safety
standards. It is equipped with 420J stainless steel cutting
blades that are sharp and durable. The advanced pressing device
ensures that even smaller pieces of materials are held firmly in
place, reducing waste and improving yield. Through the
combination of continuous conveyor feeding, pressing belt
fixation, and reciprocating cutter frame, the machine achieves
efficient automatic dicing.
With its compact structure,
simple operation, and customizable cutting sizes, this machine
is widely used in the dried fruit processing plants, food

| 1. This machine operates on
110V AC power. Wiring must be performed by a licensed
electrician with reliable grounding. Operating electrical
switches with wet hands is strictly prohibited.
2. Never place hands or other
objects into the cutter work area while the machine is running.
The safety guard must remain properly installed at all times.
3. Operators must wear fitted
work clothing. Gloves, loose clothing and jewelry are prohibited
during operation to prevent entanglement with moving parts.
4. Long hair must be tied up
and covered with a work cap to prevent entanglement with
rotating parts.
5. When installing, removing
or adjusting the cutting blade, always disconnect power and wait
until the machine has completely stopped.
6. If abnormal noise, severe
vibration, smoke or unusual odor is detected, stop the machine
immediately, disconnect the power, and identify the cause before
resuming use.
7. Do not feed metal, stones,
glass or other hard foreign objects into the machine, as this
will damage the blade and transmission components.
8. Minors and untrained
personnel are not permitted to operate the equipment.
9. Disconnect power and
perform cleaning and maintenance after each use.
10. Regularly inspect the
cutting blade for wear. Replace promptly if the edge is dull,
chipped or cracked.
11. Keep the area around the
machine clean and dry. The floor must be free of oil and water
to prevent operator slipping.
12. Do not overload the
machine. Feed materials evenly. Do not forcibly insert materials
beyond the machine's processing capacity. |

the dicing size of 10*10*10mm, smooth cutting, free of chips,
ensuring high dicing quality and high yield of 500-1000kg/h.

Control Unit
The control unit integrates the green start button and red stop
button, can be identified quickly and clearly, and effectively
reduces the misoperation risk. The transparent protective cover
can effectively prevent water, oil and dust from entering and
improves the safely and reliability.

Dicing Mechanism
The cutter frame is driven by the
eccentric wheel to perform up-and-down reciprocating motion,
cooperating with the intermittent or continuous feeding of the
conveyor belt to cut materials into uniform slices or dices. The
vertical blade is made of 420J stainless steel for sharpness and
wear resistance. |

Protective Baffle
The protective baffle adopts the
physical protection and safety warning design, effectively
protects the operators from injuries and accidents, cannot
affect normal feeding and cutting, takes safety and
practicability into account and is easy to clean and maintain.

Pressing Roller
Located above the conveyor belt, the
pressing roller structure holds the material firmly against the
conveyor, preventing sliding or jumping during cutting and
ensuring accurate cut sizes. Even smaller pieces of material can
be effectively held. |

Conveyor Belt
The
food-grade conveyor belt with 270mm wide is used for continuous
feeding of materials. It is driven by the motor through a
reduction mechanism for smooth operation. The belt surface
should be kept clean at all times to ensure food safety. |

Casters
The movable casters
are adopted to move the machine easily and effortlessly in
different working environments. The casters are wear-proof and
anti-skid, have low noise during movement, and are not prone to
wear and cracks.

A. Preparation before Operation
1. Inspect all parts of the machine, especially ensuring the
cutting blade is sharp and is securely mounted.
2. Check whether the conveyor belt surface is clean and free of
foreign objects or residual material.
3. Confirm that the safety guard is properly installed in place.
4. Pre-adjust the cutting speed and cutter frame parameters
according to the characteristics (hardness, moisture, size) of
the material to be cut.
5. Prepare the material to suitable sizes for the conveyor belt
width and remove any impurities.
B. Slicing Operation
1. Connect the power, press the start button, and the machine
begins operation.
2. Place the materials evenly on the conveyor belt, maintaining
proper spacing between pieces. Do not stack the materials.
3. The conveyor belt automatically feeds the materials under the
cutter, and the pressing device holds them firmly in place.
4. The cutter frame moves up and down in reciprocating motion to
slice the materials. Sliced pieces are discharged from the
outlet.
5. Continuously observe the cutting effect during operation. If
slices are uneven or incomplete, adjust the machine accordingly.
6. When slicing is complete, press the stop button and turn off
the power.
C. Dicing Operation
1. Slice the materials according to the procedures above.
2. Collect the sliced pieces, rotate them by 90 degrees, and
re-place them on the conveyor belt.
3. Feed through the machine again to cut the slices into strips.
4. Rotate the strips by 90 degrees once more and feed through
the machine a third time to obtain uniform diced products.
5. For one-pass dicing, the cross-cutting blade assembly can be
installed.
D. Shutdown & Cleanup
1. After work is finished, press the stop button, and then
disconnect power.
2. Wait until the cutter frame and conveyor belt have completely
stopped before cleaning residual materials from the conveyor
surface and around the cutter.
3. Remove debris and stains from the machine body surface with a
soft brush or dry cloth.
4. If water cleaning is necessary, avoid splashing water into
the motor, switches, and bearings.
5. For long-term non-use, disconnect power, perform thorough
cleaning and apply anti-rust oil.
